Rv access with full hook ups are available for additional fee. ( 50 AMP )

Bring your horses! Horses are welcome with acres and acres to ride. Horse stalls in a barn are available for additional fee.

Private Large Pond with paddle boat.

We have stayed in several VRBO homes and this is the nicest we've been to in terms of location and amenities. We're already planning our next trip back!

  • We had a fabulous family vacation thanks to Tim & Glenda! The property has all the amenities of a luxury home and the location was perfect, serene yet a short drive to Loveland, Ft Collins and Estes Park. Best of both worlds, we enjoyed the sites but were able to relax at the home. As an added bonus, the home was very kid friendly with a great play area, which we used every day. Far exceeded our expectations and we would definately recommend the property to others! Thank you Tim & Glenda

  • We rented this home from June 28th thru July 5th 2009 and was extremely pleased. The pictures on the VRBO website does not do justice to how nice this home truly is. We have stayed at numerous places thru VRBO and this was by far the best. Our hosts were very gracious and polite and seemed genuinely concerned about my family being comfortable and having a good time. We would definately stay here again and highly recommend of to anyone. Thanks from my family to Tim and Glenda for a great time and top notch hospitality.

  • Our family staying at Tim & Glenda's house while visiting the Fort Collins area for a nephew's wedding. The experience was nothing but positive. We were awed by the mountain setting and by the beautiful home. We were particularly impressed with the royal treatment we received from the Nash's in their concern for our comfort. Staying there was so much better than in hotel rooms! We would love to plan a return trip in the future.
