  Nice quiet place to stay. Great location in the middle of everything . The weather wasn't the best ,but that is mother nature. Great place for children also we had our 3 year old daughter with us she loved it.

  Our stay was perfect! My family and myself loved that we could be on the water constantly either at the beach or outside at the fishing dock. Our children loved when the tide would go out and the little crabs would run around near the dock. I especially loved the Forth of July fireworks displays all along the beach that could be seen for miles! The neighbors were very nice also. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The only problem with this rental was when I went to book again for 2013 it was full :).I'm sure everyone who stays here will be able to feel as at home as we did. Many thanks to Sharon and Ed for sharing their wonderful home with us.

  Owner response: We really appreciate our guests taking the time to post a review and its so nice to know the things we love about our place others do as well - being right on the water, able to fish off the dock but also just minutes to the beach. Always fun to hear how children enjoy exploring the little beach area we have here at the waterfront as well. . Unfortunately we were already booked and unable to accomodate this great family for another summer vacation and hope we can do so next time.

  We arrived and everything was just like the pictures depicted. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The condo is spacious and quiet. Located near plenty of attractions (we went to Busch Gardens), shopping centers, restaurants, bait shops, the dog track, boat rentals and the beach is just accross the street. We went fishing off the pier in the back and caught some smaller fish, had we fished more I believe we would have caught a keeper. The condo has a large master bedroom with bath (with a jacuzzi tub), a smaller guest bedroom and a large kitchen also. We are planning on staying there again when we return to Pinellas county Florida. There are plenty of maps and pamphlets provided about the area. One day we rented a boat from a wonderful place just a couple of blocks down the street. This was a GREAT place for the money I would recomend it to everyone.

  My husband and I were looking for a peaceful place with a beautiful view, and we got that. The condo is clean and large with everything you need (sheets, towels, beach equipment, free wireless). The balcony overlooking the water was perfect. We spent many days sitting on it and watching the boats go by. The people renting this are professional and very helpful. They called us to make sure we had arrived safely and left a detailed binder full of information, menus, and coupons. It is a very easy walk to the beach, which is very pretty and not overly crowded. The water is clear and the sand, soft. There are many delicious restaurants around (The Conch Republic, Los Mexicanos, and Crabby Bill's were particularly good.) The Pub is right next door, but we were not fans of it. It was pub food but not great pub food. We much preferred the other restaurants in the area. We played putt-putt at Smuggler's Cove, which was a great course. Know that this place is not the 2am party scene. JD's had great bands on their back deck with a great party group but all bands in the area stop playing at 10pm. This was fine for my husband and I, who love to drink and party but don't need to be up until 2am to do it. This was our first time renting and our first time going to this part of Florida. We loved it. We never thought we could afford a week in a condo with a water view but the great rates at this condo made it possible. We went up to Clearwater Beach one day, and it was very crowded. We were so happy we decided to stay down in Indian Shores away from all the noise. You will be very happy if you choose this area and this condo. My husband and I plan to return and plan to come when we have children. It is a great family place as well. Thank you Sharon and Ed for sharing your condo with us. We loved every minute of our trip.

  We came to recharge and that's just what happened. Sunlight streaming in first thing in the morning while we enjoyed our coffee and the views. Lovely sunrises till breathtaking sunsets at the beach refreshed our spirits all day long. Dolphins and manatees fed as we fished off the dock - we got so many fun pictures that we shared with out Facebook friends so now more know where to come for some R & R. Thanks for opening your home for all of us to enjoy.

  We loved staying at the condo. Very spacious for the price. Loved the views. Location was near all the restaurants. Beach was right across the street. Saw a manatee pass right under my raft. He came right out of the water and I actually touched it. Would come back again.

  From the birds diving for fish and fish jumping, could not have picked a more perfect place to vacation. The simple joy of watching the boats on the waterway and incredible sunsets on the Gulf renewed us and hope to come back. What a great location - truly enjoyed the condo - very comfortable Florida atmosphere. Walked to nearby restaurant for cocktails and good food and had a wonderful relaxing stay. A slice of heaven. The Gulf is amazing and so much wildlife - will never forget my stay.

  My Husband and I searched long and hard to find the perfect place for our vacation this year and we found it! The condo is spacious. The pictures looks like they were taken yesterday. We walked in, unpacked and felt at home there. We had a fabulous time! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the boats. We fished off the dock almost everyday. One morning we were interrupted by a pair of Manatee's that swam right up to the dock. It was an amazing site! To get to the beach was just a short walk across the street. We took the beach chairs (provided) with us and sat and relaxed. Frank, the property manager also does fishing charters, took us out for a day of fishing on his boat. We even took a lunch break at Frenchy's in Clearwater. He recommended the She Crab Soup and it was wonderful! We ate at several local restaurants. We loved Los Mexicano's for lunch. Our favorite hangout was J.D.'s! It's a restaurant/bar with great food and live music. Lot's of good people! We would absolutely recommend renting this condo! Can't wait to go back!
