One of the best locations in Point Sebago. Close to activities and beach, with large open area on the side of this home. Large front porch (8 x 26) plus a deck and gazebo on the side facing this beautiful open area. Fully furnished with all the amenities including cable TV (3 of them), broadband internet access with (furnished) computer, VCR and DVD.

Point Sebago Golf and Beach Resort is the best place for a family vacation. It can be like "going to camp" for the entire family, by age group for all age groups, or for individual or family activities. It is all there waiting for you.

Come enjoy and relax in our beautiful, Non-Smoking, clean, two plus (area closes off for a third) bedroom, resort home with a huge sunroom and large deck with barbecue gas grill and a charcoal grill pit. Relax in the triple swing by the house. It is only a short, easy walk to the Lakefront Beach, Marina, Lakefront Dining, General Store, and Boutique. The Lake View Restaurant includes an A La Carte Menu, Nightly Specials, All You Can Eat Buffets, Daily Breakfast Buffets, Café and Snack Bar. If you enjoy golfing you’ll absolutely love the beautiful 18 Hole Championship Golf Course (home of the Maine Open several years ago) with Pro Shop, Snack Bar, and a New Club Dining Area.

Adult Activities: Golf tournaments, Tennis, Horseshoes, Shuffle Board, Volley Ball, Archery, Teens vs. Adult Basketball games, two mile Road Race and Board Games, and much much more. You can also just sit and relax on Point Sebago’s beautiful one mile sandy beach that includes delicious barbecues, snack bar for a quick bite and you can top it all off with of course - ice cream. The fun never stops; there are supervised evening programs for ages three to eight so you can enjoy the adult entertainment onsite lake view lounge such as: Hypnotist night, comedy night, and happy hours with daily entertainment.

Pre-teen (9-12) and Teen (13-20) Activities: Some 9-12 year old activities include Newcomb Volleyball, Atomic dodge ball, Ping Pong Tournaments, Candy Bar Bingo, Floor Hockey, Kayak Races, Flag Football, Volleyball, Comet Ball and the Olympiad with Shuttle Runs and Competitions. Some activities for 13-20 year olds are Hot Shot Basketball, Flag Tag, Arts and Crafts, Washer Tosser Tournaments, Tennis, Volleyball, Floor Hockey, Golf Clinics, Flag Football, Softball, Homerun Derbies, Canoe Races, Comet Ball, and more. There is also evening entertainment for ages 9-12 and teens 13-20 that include Laser Karaoke, Dance Cruises, and much more.

Family Activities: You’ll also want to spend time together with the family joining in family bingo, country dancing, puppet shows, sing-a-longs, arts and crafts, Kayak races and softball tournament with your teens.

Boat rentals are also available: fishing boats, canoes, kayaks, sail boats, power boats 16 touring boats, daily pontoon boat rentals.

Plus: Boat slip rentals, "bring your own boat" also water-skiing and lessons are available, have fun Tubing and so much more.

Nearby: Only 45 minutes to North Conway and 30 minutes to Portland.
