Owner's Profile

Owner Description

Year Purchased: 2002

Han and Alice met at Cornell while Alice was doing her undergrad studies. Han had already graduated and had his own business. Alice pursued her law degree in Albany, but in the end she decided to follow her heart and returned to Ithaca to be with Han. This was their first home together, where countless memories were created and always filled with fun and laughter. When baby Mia was born, they decided to relocate to an area closer to Mia's future elementary school. They hope you will enjoy this house, where the magic of the Oz comes alive with you as it did with them. There is no place like home!

The Unique Benefits of this House

The sunsets are breathtaking. Shopping and all the city amenities are very close by, yet it feels like a world away. The 2nd story of the dock feels like a treehouse - a favorite for kids. The dock is unusually wide, enough for everyone to sunbathe while enjoying the breeze. Right by the dock, there is a hammock below the majestic willow tree which provides just enough shade to cool you from the afternoon sun. Inside, you will enjoy the hardwood floors and cozy up in the living room at night with the gas fireplace. Only a few steps to the house from the garage, and only a few steps to the beach from the house!
