THIS CONDO IS JUST STEPS FROM THE BEACH.HAS A BEAUTIFUL POOL OUT FRONT. This condo has been remodeled to provide a comfortable and cozy atmosphere for any guests! The private master bedroom has a comfortable new pillowtop king size bed.Plenty of drawer space and a large closet. An iron, ironing board, and hair dryer is provided for your convenience. A large bunk bed (2) area is located in the hall for additional guest to rest from a busy day at the beach. There is also a new queen sleeper sofa that guest can use to rest . All fine linens are cleaned on a regular basis. We have a dining area that will seat up to four guest and a bar area that will sit up to four guest. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET AND LONG DISTANCE PHONE.
The kitchen is furnished with a microwave, toaster, blender, stove/oven, ice maker, place
setting for eight, cookware and bowls for serving up a delicious meal after a hot day on the beach. For your viewing enjoyment we have provided cable TV/DVD/VCR,and a video library. Books and Novels are provided for quiet time to read on the beach, or just lay on the couch or balcony to relax. Board games are provided for special family time and competition. This is the perfect condo to rent! You will be very close to fabulous dining, terrific shopping, and great restaurants in the area. It is within walking distance to the beach ,apx 250 feet.

Brenda and I were both born and raised in Alabama.We both have spent many vacations here at Panama City Beach.Many when we were single and after marriage with our 6 children. Now that we are grandparents and have 12 grandchilden we have been spending more time at the beach.We find that PCB is the greatest and most beautiful
of all the beaches we have been to.
We decided to purchase this condo because of its beauty and being just across the road from the beach. We personally attend to the condo before and after each vistor.
We want each renter to have a great vacation and we want to do what we can to assist in that.
We have been visting Horizon South for more that 25 years and even though we have visted other complexes on the beach we come back to this one because of its family oriented atmosphere.
We love it and hope each vistor will too.

My wife and I spend the week of the fourth here along with several other families from our church. This unit is our favorite....2nd floor gets you a private balcony, one of the four complex pools is across the drive out the front, and it is right at the gate so you can't get much closer to the beach. This unit is well furnished with everything we could imagine needing and we would definitely recommend it.

My husband and I have two boys and we loved the condo. It is in a great location- not far at all from the beach and close to swimming pools as well. The owners were easy to work with and I would definitely recommend this property to you.

Myself and my 6 year old daughter spent a week in Panama City and I found this condo to be so perfect for us. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for the two of us. It's such a quiet area, close enough to the fun yet far enough not to hear it. I'm hoping to stay again some time later in the summer or again next spring break.

Just a note to let you know we had a great time at your Panama City Beach condo. We felt most safe and comfortable throughout our stay. This location doesn't get much better, and your unit was very nicely furnished... the attention to details and the beach decor was a real plus. The pool is but a few steps away, and the beach just across the street. We can't wait until our next visit!

I would definetly recommend this condo and our family will be back to stay here!! It is very clean, bright and cheerful. The pool and beach was just a few steps away. Even though it was very hot here the air conditioner worked very well!! My kids enjoyed the wireless network for their I-pods and laptops. My husband enjoyed relaxing in the recliner while watching movies. It is located within minutes of great restaurants, grocery stores, and awesome shopping at Pier Park. Last night we dined at Regges at Pier Park. We dined on the roof outside while watching the sunset on the beach, the view was breathtaking and the food was excellent. Great place to stay!!
