This secret get-away is just steps away from vibrant Capitol Hill's Broadway District, with shops, restaurants, bars, theaters, but you'd never know it from the wonderfully quiet courtyard shared by just 6 units (other 5 are owner-occupied). Our cozy little place has a queen-size bed in the bedroom and another in the bonus loft, stainless steel appliances and marble counters in the kitchen, subway tile in the bathroom and wood floors throughout, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi.
The living area is furnished with comfortable and stylish sofas from Dania, flat-screen TV and brand new Brazilian cherry flooring (not pictured here). This is a great place to relax, catch up on the day's news, watch a movie or enjoy a glass of wine. The gorgeous kitchen features stainless steel throughout, marble countertops, ample daylight with windows looking out onto the garden courtyard and even a wine chiller!
You'll find a comfy queen-size pillow-top cloud bed in the bedroom, plus the sofa in the living room converts to a bed for one more. The bonus loft is a great place to retreat to with a book. Note: The loft is only accessible by ladder, not suitable for children under 5 or for people not physically able climb a ladder. The bathroom features subway tiling and you can choose either a standard shower head or in-the-ceiling rain shower feature for a more luxurious feel.
Whether you're coming for business or pleasure, for a weekend, week or to spend the summer the Bungalow off Broadway is the perfect place to get away to.

Broadway has always been one of the most eclectic, interesting, urban, areas of town. It was the original Bohemian part of town before all of Seattle became more Bohemian.

The bungalow is just steps away from all the action on Broadway, yet you'd never know it. It's so peaceful and quiet you'd think you were a world away. I fell in love with this place the moment I saw it, and only moved away to make more room for a growing family.

I grew up in Seattle, and while I've lived as far away as Buenos Aires I've always considered Seattle home. I love the diverse neighborhoods Seattle has to offer, the great craftsman architecture, and the beautiful gardens you can find all over the city. Seattle is a photographer's dream.

Four friends and I stayed at this little Broadway Bungalow. The space is beatiful and clean, and the kitchen is dreamy. Even though 5 people was a tight squeeze, it worked for a weekend. The apartment is in an ideal location, and sits back from the street in a quiet and charming little courtyard. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. SUCH a great alternative to a generic and expensive hotel room. :-)
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Absolutely loved this place! The inside was as cute as ever and the neighborhood was quiet for being in a great area. Because this place is in walking distance to just about everything, we saved about 400 bucks without renting a car. The stay in Seattle was great and finding a place like this made it that much better. We'll be back!

Our family stayed in this house and it was a very good experience. Very close to lots of little shops and restaurants. Even though parking is street parking, we found a spot everyday within a block. House was clean looked just like the pictures do. It was very quiet for being right in the city! Thank you!
