Our newly renovated, fully air-conditioned, smoke-free Villa is very comfortably new furnished, well equipped and close to Fort Myers in a quiet and secure living area of SW-Cape Coral. There is a private, screened and heat pump-heated pool with southern exposure.
The living space of about 2,000 square feet divided into three bedrooms, large entree-hall with internet-corner, two bathrooms, a beautiful large living room and kitchen with dining area.
From the master-bedroom, the entree-hall and the dining-area there are large sliding doors to the pool area. Through the southern exposure there is sun in the pool area from the morning till the evening. A new large gas grill is on the patio.
All appliances are new. Living room has a new 50" Samsung Plasma-TV. Master-bedroom has a new 32" Samsung LCD-TV. There is computer with printer, where you have high-speed internet-access.
Wi-Fi (wireless Internet) is provided over the whole living space and outside on the patio.
All rooms have fans.
