Our fully air-conditioned, smoke-free Villa is very comfortably modern furnished (in 2010), well equipped and close to Fort Myers in a quiet and secure living area of SW-Cape Coral. There is a private, screened and heat pump-heated pool with southern exposure and waterfall.
The living space of about 2,000 square feet divided into three bedrooms, large entree-hall with internet-corner, two bathrooms, a beautiful large living room and kitchen with dining area.
From the master-bedroom, the entree-hall and the dining-area there are large sliding doors to the pool area. Through the southern exposure there is sun in the pool area from the morning till the evening. A new large gas grill is placed on the patio.
All appliances are new. Living room has a new 50" Samsung Plasma-TV and Wii. Master-bedroom has a new 32" Samsung LCD-TV. There is computer with printer, where you have high-speed internet-access.
Wi-Fi (wireless Internet) is provided for free over the whole living space and outside on the patio.
All rooms have New and quiet fans (patio too).

In September 2011 we spent 2 weeks at Villa Waterfall. We were thrilled by the whole house, the house is lovingly decorated and very spacious and practical. Nothing was missing and we also enjoyed the very nice pool (from the giant grill was up to all the beach chairs plentiful). It is very quiet in a side street with the car but everything is easily accessible in the immediate vicinity. Only the beach in Cape Coral is not very nice and we drove off to Fort Myers of about 1 / 2 hour. All in all we felt very comfortable and we would spend any time in our vacation villa Waterfall.

We stayed at this home for the week of the Fourth and it was wonderful. The house is big and very clean. All the amenities were there and the pool was so nice. Our family really had a nice time and would gladly stay there again.
