The Timber Frame Home is a tall posted cape traditionally constructed with mortise & tendon joinery. The TF Home features an oiled hemlock frame, and is trimmed in cedar inside & out. Ammenities include: large/deep hot tub on deck, custom pool table, HDTV w/surround sound stereo, 2 beautifull gas fireplaces, gourmet kitchen, and lots of leather furniture.
Yesterday's craftsmanship is blended with today's technology to provide large open living spaces with soaring cathedral ceilings amid beautiful woodwork & lots of windows.
We are high atop Blush Hill in Waterbury just south of Stowe centrally located to Stowe, Sugarbush, Mad River Glenn & Bolton Valley. The best skiing, boarding, X-C skiing, and snow shoeing in Vermont! The rest of the year there is great hiking, boating, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing.
Beautiful Waterbury Reservoir is at the bottom of the Hill. The "Reservoir" is unique in offering zoned Quiet Use & Motorboat areas for great fishing, canoeing, and water skiing (2 slalom courses) all surrounded by the scenic Mt. Mansfield Forest.
You will be welcomed upon arrival, shown around the place, and personally assisted to set yourself up for a memorable winter lease or short tem vacation rental.

Bruce & Donna Epstein are semi-retired (Bruce Prof. Engineer / Donna Reg. Nurse). We enjoy the great outdoors especially hiking & competitive water skiing. We have hiked locally, out west, and have climbed Kilimanjaro. We are slalom water skiers competing locally, regionally and nationally. We spend winters water skiing in West Palm Beach. We have been greeting vacationers for over thirty years.

Can't say enough how much we enjoyed our week at this beautiful house. My husband and I, two sons, their wives and our new grandson wished we could stay even longer. The kids were in the hot tub every night. We didn't have to find things to do during the day because we had somewhere we could enjoy by staying in. I'm trying to convince my husband to sell our new home and build one like this. We'd recommend this rental house for anyone wanting to enjoy the comforts of home on vacation.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My husband and I enjoyed our "Leaf Peepers" stay at this meticulously kept rental. The listing's description and photos accurately conveyed its warm and welcoming feeling that added to our enjoyment of the area and its many beautiful views and yummy restaurants! This owner has thought of everything to make the guests comfortable. We would stay here again and recommend this home to anyone.
