Enjoy a vacation filled with memories in this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom / 3 bath plus bonus Bunkroom condominium located on the 9th floor in Aqua, one of the newest condominium complexes on Panama City Beach. Here you will find breath-taking views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private, elliptical terrace. All of the living spaces along the front of this unit have full length windows so that no matter where you are you can still take in the view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit offers a king master suite (King) and 2 Queen bedrooms. There is a cubby with Bunk-Beds. Aqua is located on the western end of Panama City Beach. From here you are a short drive to I-10 and many other major highways in the area. You can walk to Pier Park for a great dinner at many of the restaurants located inside this 240-acre shopping and entertainment area. You can even catch a movie at the 16 screen movie theater.
As far as shopping is concerned, Pier Park is filled with specialty shops and national Department stores such as Dillard’s and Target. Aqua is also located a short 30 minute drive to the Silver Sands outlet mall. Here you will find many different retailers such as Ralph Lauren, Restoration Hardware and Coach. So bring your walking shoes and shop to heart’s content.

This place was just what was advertized and more...nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. My family had a wonderful time. I did all of the booking myself, so was the only one to have seen the pictures of the condo before arrival. I heard many complements on the place from everyone else throughout the week. Thank you Scott for being such a blessing to work with.

Wonderful experience this past week at this condo. Absolutlely everything needed for a great time with the newly added bunk beds a bonus for my five and seven year old grandsons. The large balcony accomodated everyone in our party and the condo very clean and well maintained. The owner was a pleasure to work with and always available. We will return for sure. Thanks.

The 9 of us had a wonderful time at the Aqua! Great family vacation. The condo was very accomodating and the only surprise when we arrived was it was nicer than the pictures. The condo was very well decorated, spacious, nicely equiped, and very well maintained. The location was great, in walking distance of the new Pier Park, the weather, the water-could not have been better. The owner made reseravtions very easy. We did not want to leave and cannot wait for our next stay!.

A very short walk to Pier Park (Margaritaville, Yeah!), what a convenience. We chose Panama City Beach and your condo to ring in the New Year and what a way to begin 2011! My family and I just got home from a nice stay in this condo and it is very clean and the kithen is beautiful loved the granite counter tops and the appliances were very nice. Scott was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again. sincerily Shannon from Indiana
