  We were very happy as soon as we walked into your home and knew right away that we had a great place and lots of space for our large family. As we barbecued on the deck we enjoyed watching the golfers and picked up some tips. The kids got a lot of use out of the pool table and watching all their favorite sports on the wide screen. My personal favorite was the peace and quite. Thank you for sharing your home with us

  The townhome was clean and quiet. The foot board in the downstairs bedroom was loose but other than that no issues. I would recommend this property and we would rent it again if coming into Flagstaff. Jim is easy to work with and the property looks exactly like the pictures. Great three days for my family.

  For our first visit to AZ, we could not have found a better rental. We used the home as a base to see the area. It was a great place to relax after a long day at the Grand Canyon. The owner makes the stay easy with an informative "Welcome Book," great suggestions for local food, and helpful rental process. The home is beautiful and comfortable. Descriptions and photographs are accurate. Spacious for our family of five. Pool table was added bonus and enjoyed by the whole family.

  we had a great time at this property. it was beautiful, stylish, perfect for youngsters (wifi, pool table). there were a couple of minor things that could be fixed - kitchen faucet, coffee table cover, but overall we had an awesome time. we would definitely go back again.

  mi familia y yo estuvimos por tres dias. excelente la cabaña, se batallo un poco con el agua caliente, pero sin problemas. la ubicacion esta muy bien, pues salimos al gran cañon, williams y al snowbowl. la pasamos muy bien. gracias por todo.

  My family of 5 spent two days at this house. We used it as a base while we visited the Grand Canyon. It was a perfect location for us. We would like to have had more time to visit Flagstaff, but maybe we'll get a chance to do this again. Would have liked to have had a fire in the lovely fireplace, but my husband couldn't tell if the flue was opened or not! Everything we needed was provided and the house was very clean. Would certainly recommend this to others looking to visit Flagstaff, the ski area or the Grand Canyon.

  We just got back from staying at this wonderful property with my family. It was amazing!! It's location is great because you can just jump on the I40 and get to NAU quickly. The property is clean, cozy and has great amenities. My sister and I used the gym close by while my parents were able to relax on the patio. My little nephew loved the toys that were there for him to play with and called this property "home" anytime we were out. Jim was professional, helpful and informative. This was the first time I had ever used VRBO and I was very nervous. I riddled Jim with many emails (sorry!) but he was patient and quickly answered my questions. Overall--My family and I were very happy to come back "home" to rest, cook and just relax by the beautiful scenery. My parents were really impressed and told me that this was "100 times" better than staying at a hotel. Thanks Jim!

  My husband and I made arrangements to stay at Jim and Jennifer's charming townhome back in April, as we prepared to see our daughter off to college at Northern Arizona University. As we also have a 4-year-old son, we thought that it would be a lot more convenient to stay in a rental home, rather than a hotel---a home that would provide us with the comfort and amenities to meet the needs of our family of 4 for a week. The home more than exceeded our expectations! The townhome is spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable, allowing for privacy when any of us wanted a quiet space to read or simply relax. Not withstanding the thunderstorms and trains, the home is situated in a tranquil area that overlooks a sprawling, beautiful golf course. It's also only minutes from the country club, where my husband and I took full advantage of their gym and day spa. We also ventured up to the Wyndham Resort, where our 4-year-old son played in the kids' shallow pool for at least two hours every day. More than anything, what I enjoyed most about Flagstaff, AZ were the people, starting with Jim and Jen. I called Jim several times, as I worked out the logistics of moving our daugther into her dorm, and he was helpful and quick to respond, each and every time. We likewise encountered genuinely friendly and helpful people throughout the town and on the Northern Arizona University campus. We plan on visiting a lot within the next 4 years, as our daughter pursues her degree, and plan on only staying in one of Jim and Jen's lovely homes.   We had a wonderful experience at this property. We were in town to attend my brother's graduation at NAU and had 7 adults and a 1 small child that stayed. The location is great, lots of outdoor space to walk in and it is fun to watch the golfers play each day. Although on the north end of town, it is a quick 15 minute drive to the NAU campus via the interstate. The property is as nice as the photographs, the pool table was especially fun for pick up games each evening and having a kitchen to prepare and eat regular meals as a family was great. The rental process was very easy and Jim was so nice to work with throughout. Thank you for making our Flagstaff experience relaxing! I would be comfortable recommending this home to any friend or relative.

  The House was wonderful. It had a beautiful scenery and was extremely peaceful. Great place to get away and just relax. The house had plenty of room to accomidate 3 couples plus kids. The house was very clean and stocked when we first arrived. What made the whole weekend is that it snowed. There was plenty of little hills and lots of land for the kids to run around, play, and sled on. The whole group was very pleased with the whole stay. Thank You..
