The House was wonderful. It had a beautiful scenery and was extremely peaceful. Great place to get away and just relax. The house had plenty of room to accomidate 3 couples plus kids. The house was very clean and stocked when we first arrived. What made the whole weekend is that it snowed. There was plenty of little hills and lots of land for the kids to run around, play, and sled on. The whole group was very pleased with the whole stay. Thank You..

Great place in Flagstaff

I searched for days/nights/hours for an affordable but luxurious house. Finally, came upon this home and was a GREAT DEAL!! 10 of us went 3 couples with children. We went to Walnut Canyon and sledded during the day. Great location and amenities in the house. I gave it 4 stars because check out is 10am. Breakfast, showers, packing and clean up (towels in washer, thermostat, dishes loaded in washer) is too rushed (unless your an early bird). 11 am would be more ideal.

Recommended for:Families with young children, sightseeing.

I just returned from 7 nights at this wonderful town-home! It truly was a home away from home for our vacation to our favorite destination of Flagstaff! The home is very welcoming and inviting. The layout is perfect. My favorite part was the porch swing! We took advantage of many of the amenities of the country club and the Wyndham. We went to the pool, jacuzzi ,played mini golf, rented 8 movies!, took tennis lessons twice, and used the spa for facials and massages! I love the service at Bear Paw!! I also highly recommend the tennis lessons. Everything was reasonably priced! We are definitely planning a longer trip to see our son next summer!!! Other highlights were Grand Canyon, Walnut Canyon, Sedona, Fratelli's pizza, Cardinal's training camp!! Overall an amazing vacation for me, my 18 year old son, and his gf..there to visit my son living in Flag! Ready to return!

Jen and family, We had a wonderful time at your town home on the beautiful golf course. The older kids enjoyed playing pool and our youngest enjoyed looking through all the toy treasures in your coffee table. Your home is decorated so beautifully and the town home is very spacious. We had a wonderful stay here! The condo is immaculate and beautifully furnished, and my son was excited about the welcome basket. We had an awesome "snow" trip--sledding, skiing, and reading by the fire. We absolutely loved it! Thank you Jennifer!

Clean, Spacious and Perfect location!

This condo is very well appointed and spacious. Our family of 5 had more than enough room. Very clean, quiet and the location cannot be beat. You are just a few miles off I-40 so it's very convenient to the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Meteor Crater. Home to Lowell Observatory and Flagstaff is the first International Dark City so the stars seem to envelop you. The mall and grocery store are about 5 minutes away, very easy to find. I would highly recommend...and Jennifer is very professional and personable.

October Fun

My husband and I are from Atlanta, we flew in, picked up our 6 year old granddaughter in Gilbert, AZ for her Fall Break and spent 3 nights at this delightful townhome. Very well stocked, including lots of fun toys. Our granddaughter especially loved the Whack-A-Mole! She'd never seen ET (the DVD was provided) and she was totally enchanted. Would definitely recommend this property.

We have games and movies on-hand, as well as video games, books, and magazines, etc. so everyone can feel comfortable and relaxed. Wonderful vacation spot for kids

We spent July 4th weekend at the townhouse with 4 adults and 2 young kids (ages 1 & 2) and had a fantastic time. We even had another couple of friends come up and join us for one night since it was such a great place and we had an extra bedroom. The house was immaculate, comfortable and well laid out. The porch is a beautiful place for meals and is enclosed so there is lots of shade and it keeps the kids contained. There is plenty of grass for the kids to run around out front. We loved using the Wyndham facilities and went every day. It was a little warm in the upstairs bedrooms at night as the unit does not have a/c but there is a portable swamp cooler upstairs which helped. We would love to go back for another visit this fall!

Owner response:Thanks Jill! We knew you'd love this vacation home just as much as you did our "Big Home" for your last stay in Flagstaff. Flagstaff does have gorgeous summertime weather, but we provide a portable a/c unit, as well as several portable, standing fans to maximize guest's comfort for the handful of warmer afternoons. Guests can also walk over to the pool to relax and cool off and return for another amazing Flagstaff evening!

Your availability and quick responses to my e-mails were so, so helpful as we were planning the trip. I had every confidence that this family vacation was in good hands - YOURS!! It was everything we dreamed it would be! Your home is comfortable, warm, and inviting. It felt like “home” as soon as we arrived. The Grand Canyon is breathtaking and I'm still processing its grandeur and beauty! Day trips to Meteor Crater, Flagstaff & Sedona were amazing! Our two daughters and families (3 grandchildren; Tyler (10, Kayla (9) and Logan (3 months), had a great winter weekend getaway at this beautiful and comforable townhome. The owners were very helpful and friendly with local information. The sledding is terrific on the 15th hole!! Will definitely stay again.

My littlest one tried snowboarding down the hill for the first time and you should have seen his grin! I'm glad the maps and guides came in handy. Our extended family gathered in Flagstaff for a week at Christmas. Ten family members, including two pre teens were thoroughly pleased with the beautiful setting of the home and the accomodations. Jennifer was very helpful and made the renting so easy. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Thanks for a delightful, relaxing weekend getaway! My family felt right at home with the cozy ambiance of the townhouse and lush, green yards to play in. The kitchen was well-stocked and convenient to use. Close location to shops, grocery store, and outdoor day-trips. Would use again!

We love being close to the freeway.....and Walnut Canyon National Monument is only 5 miles away. I loved this cozy town home! Lots of space, inviting and tastefully decorated to make you feel warm and welcome. Property is on a golf course so the view is beautiful also! This was close to shopping and restaurants. You will NOT be disappointed!

This is such a nice home away from home! I loved the stone fireplace and the exposed beams in the family room. The game room is a definite bonus. The home is so clean and the kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook meals. When we wanted to go out, we were located close to restaurants and shopping. The views are gorgeous! I spent a lot of time taking pictures. I couldn't help it! Jim and Jen were very helpful and accommodating. Thanks so much for a wonderful and memorable stay!

It was so much fun to come and stay here in Flagstaff in such a beautiful place You have all worked hard to create such a terrific atmosphere. We had a perfect vacation in this spacious condo!
