Our eclectic, charming house was built in 1920s and is one of the oldest in Malibu. It sits on top of Trancas point at Broad Beach Road, one of the most exclusive streets in the country. We have ocean views from almost every room and you can walk down our private gated street @ 100 yards to our private beach.
We have lots to do: good surfing, fishing and kayaking right in front of our house, mountain biking straight up the hill, walk or ride along the beach. You can hear the ocean and enjoy the gentle breeze and watch the star filled night sky.
Our children are 8 and 5 years old, so we have everything that comes with them should you need it. We can help find babysitters or help arrange for other services and amenities as well should you need them.
Great restaurants near by; one mile from local shops and market; One hour or less from Santa Barbara, Disneyland, Getty Museum Universal Studios, Beverly Hills.

Why the Owner Chose Malibu
This is our full time residence, but a wonderful place to vacation. It is close to everything that Southern California has to offer while having a relaxing peaceful atmosphere. In the day, we are steps from our own private beach where you can fish, surf and kayak or just enjoy a walk down the beach. At night, the only noise is the ocean and the only light is from the stars.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We live in an eclectic, charming old house that is one of the oldest in Malibu. It has a decent sized yard surrounded by trees giving it some privacy. It is set behind a gated street for privacy and is @ 100 yards from a private beach. Our kayaks sit on the beach year round. We have surfboards and boogie boards as well as a host of other beach items. In the summer, there is no better place to be.
