Welcome to this beautiful canal front fully equipped home and dock your boat free of charge!!!. You will enjoy 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 Queen and two twin beds), 2 full baths, a large living room/dining room, kitchen and a laundry area. Walk out to the back deck and enjoy outside seating and grilling surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Enjoy the quiet privacy of the fenced in yard.
Sit on the large porch and enjoy the beautiful canal view. You have your own aquarium just outside your door.
This property includes all the amenities of your own home. You have a fully functional kitchen with all the cooking utensils and dishes. Linens including beach towels, cable TV, DVD, washer/dryer, air conditioning and propane grill are also provided.
You will be in a quiet neighborhood of canal front homes. If you follow the canal around you will have easy access to the Gulf and three minutes to the Atlantic Ocean. It is half a mile to the public boat ramp and there is a place to store a trailer and plenty of parking at the house. This is a great spot for boating, fishing, biking, walking or just relaxing.
It is only 15 minutes to the golf course, grocery, shopping and the airport, making this a very convenient spot. The center of town, Duval Street is just 10 miles away, why not stop in for a "Duval Crawl".
Historic Key West is great for sightseeing, museums, nightlife, theatres, restaurants and shopping. There is a lot to see and do. There is something for everyone!
Casual attire is all that is needed in Key West. Bring your shorts, t-shirts and flip-flops for a very relaxing vacation in the southernmost city, Key West.
We do not accept guests under 25 years of age unless accompanied by a family and there will be no smoking allowed unless outside.
Don't forget your fishing rods, snorkel gear, golf clubs and a good book for a vacation you will always remember. You will be able to take advantage of our year round tropical breezes, beautiful scenery and breath taking sunsets while visiting Paradise.

We rented from Joe for 4 months total. We were VERY pleased with his hospility and flexibility. The house is in very nice condition. I would recommend this for any family looking for a good time. The house is located in a quite neighborhood. You can go right out of the canal and get to some small patch reefs to snorkel or SCUBA. There is a small resturant/bar around the corner that is fun, friendlya dn reasonablly priced. Short ride to key west (10 mins) and a cab ride is $45.00.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Loved our stay and planning another this year. Was happy to find the ramp was close to a restaurant and bar. Easy ramp , close to house. Nice neighbors and very helpful with anything. Get to key west in 10 min by car or 20 on the water. Would recommend for anyone but perfect for a family.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

this was a great place for our Family. The pictures do not do it justice. It is located in a safe and quite neighborhood yet minutes from all the excitement and entertainment in Key West. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. large kitchen and very, very clean. We enjoyed eating outside by the water, sitting in the hot tub and my son loved fishing off the sea wall. i felt safe having my boat there and felt extremely lucky that we were out of the canal and fishing in just minutes. My conversations with the owners started out pleasent and got better with each phone call.I will recommend this to anybody that wants a vacation worry free yet full of adventure. i have full intentions of returning soon I hope.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
