Quiet top floor unit that has beautiful mountain and downtown Breckenridge views. This condo is perfect for one family or can easily be shared with two. The unit was recently remodeled and updated (June 2009). The kitchen has new granite countertops, travertine floors and backsplash, new stainless steel stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The bathrooms both have travertine floors and backsplash, new vanities, and a "deep" soaking tub in the 2nd bath. There are new king beds in both bedrooms, a new leather queen sleeper sofa, and 2 new futons (full size)in adjoining living area. New frieze carpet through out. New linens and towels. Dining room can accomodate up to 9 people.

I have a beautiful wife and two incredible daughters (Jackie 11 and Katie 9). We have found we love Breckenridge- it provides the perfect family get-a-way any time of year! We wanted a vacation home where our daughters can create lasting memories.
Why the Owner Chose Cimarron
The Cimarron provides the perfect location for skiing and heading into town for dinner. You can quickly walk to everything you need (chairlifts, ski rental, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, bike rental, the Blue River, etc.) The complex is quiet and filled with friendly people. It is also one of the few complex's, in this price range, that has its own hot tubs on site. The heated underground parking garage allows easy loading and unloading of all your gear right in the elevator and up to your door. You can also leave your skis in the private ski locker in the garage.
