Location, location, location! The location could not be more perfect! We had a car but didn't use it. The unit was larger than expected. The furnishings, etc., were not 5-star, but very functional. Worked great for 4 adults and two teenagers. Free bus stop is directly outside front door. No complaints.

My family stayed in this condo recently. The condo is a great location, directly on one of main streets into Breck (Park Ave) and 1 1/2 block to the QuickSliver Lift on Peak 9 and main street and close to the Gondola for access to Peak 7 & 8. We rented and stored our skis at the rental store right by the Quicksilver Lift. We never used our car because the location was great! The condo was clean and over the top stocked. Pillows, blankets, toiletries, kitchen utensils, plates, pots, glasses, even things like salt, pepper, dish soap etc... I only had to buy groceries (recommend buying your groceries in Friso), trash bags and paper towels (we ate in every morning and night). There was plenty of room (we had 4 adults) and the balcony was great too. Fire wood was provided for a nice fire after a long day of skiing. In all this was a great condo, great location, clean and well stocked. It was very quiet; we could not hear other guests. The only minor negatives would be the hot tub facilities need updating and there is not a TV with satellite channels in the bedrooms (there was a small TV in one of the bedrooms but I could not get it to work) but there is a TV with satellite channels in the living room. Not to mention the owners are very easy and nice to work with and the best part, affordable and we saved hundreds of dollars staying in a condo and cooking meals versus staying in a hotel (which we did for 2 years before this). I will be bringing my family back to this condo for our annual vacation. Definitely recommend this one!

We stayed in this unit over Thanksgiving 2011. It was wonderful and just as described. It's much larger than it appears in the pictures. Six of us had plenty of room to eat and relax! Great location to walk to downtown Breckenridge. Well stocked kitchen, comfy seating and beds. Thanks to the owners for sharing it with us.

Our family enjoyed this lovely condo.. all amenities were available for a great mountain vacation! Beds were very comfortable. This condo easily accommodates 6 people comfortably and more with a pull out queen sofa. Wireless, Flat screen TV, great location- what more could anyone ask for!

Spring Break 2011

A friend and I took our 4 teen age daughters to ski for 3 days over Spring Break. The condo was very nice (the pictures are accurate) and an extremely convenient location- walking distance to the slopes and the town. We cooked 2 nights and walked to town the other night to enjoy one of the restaurants. We never moved our car. Will definitely stay here again next time if it's available.

Our family really liked this condo. All the feaures were as described and in excellent shape. The beds were very comfortable, and the condo comfortably accommodates 6 people. The condo is in a great location, that is an easy, short walk to town and the slopes. The indoor parking and elevator are also great features.

We had a great time at the condo this weekend! We had a group of 6 (3 couples) and the accomodations worked out perfectly! The living/dining area is spacious and inviting with plenty of room for games, eating or just relaxing. The beds are large and comfy and the kitchen worked well for cooking instead of going out. The location is ideal with short walks to everything downtown and on the mountain. The condo was clean and well appointed, a perfect stay in a great place!

Amazing condo in a great location! Very country, "homey" feeling. The condo is very roomy and cozy. I met friends from various parts of the country and everyone was impressed and enjoyed the condo. The beds are so comfortable and soft, that you almost do not want to get out of bed in the morning. The condo is a very short walk to the Quick-Silver 6-chair and to Main Street where all the shopping and restaurants are located. The kitchen has new appliances, and the restrooms are new and very nice fixtures. This condo contribuited to an amazing vacation and memories. Thank you owners!

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge. We had a total of 6 adults and 2 kids in the condo and it worked wonderfully. This condo is FULLY stocked with everything you need for your stay. We have been to Breckenrige at Christmas in years past, but this was the perfect location for our family. We have 2 kids and the short walk to the chair lift was great as well as our nightly walks to downtown. We truly cannot wait to come back and visit :)

We stayed at david's condo the first week of December this year and we were gladly surprised. The pictures really don't reflect the beauty and the exelent condition this place is kept. The condo is filled with good taste and the beds and furniture are very comfortable. All the main restaurants and the lifts are accesible by foot and the walk is enjoyable. He has information about places to visit and where to eat. All the process of renting was very easy. We recommend this place for anybody anytime.

My husband & I stayed in David's condo the last week of July and absolutely loved it! It was just the 2 of us, so we didn't need the 2nd bedroom, but happily used it as our "walk in closet" for the week. Great balcony, so close to town, beautiful kitchen & bathrooms, and loved the king size bed. We will certainly visit and stay in this condo again. David is great to work with and was always quick to respond if I had questions.

We rented David's condo for 2 nights (July 2, 3) and loved it. It is modern, updated, well decorated and so close to town! Plus, David returns phone calls and emails super promptly! Location: Walk to restaurants, bars, trails/lifts and all Breck has to offer. Spacious: Plenty of room to stretch out, dine together, play games and sleeps 8 easily! Hot Tub: The 4 of us had it all to ourselves! King Beds: 2 of them... one in each bedroom! + 2 really nice bathrooms! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~This place is sweet! Our family group of 5 adults and 2 infants stayed in this fantastic condo in late March. We had a great week long stay and would definitely return if able! The condo is in an ideal location - just minutes from the lifts and downtown. The living room is spacious, with comfy seating for all. The kitchen was great, by far the best we've had to date in any of our previous vacation rentals. The bedrooms were roomy enough for port-a-cribs in each. David was great to work with and the entire reservation/rental process was stress free. We highly recommend this condo!

AWESOME! The condo was everything that was described in the ad and more. Very clean, literally a 4 min walk to the chair lift, grocery store within 10 min walk. I highly recommend staying here, working with David was easy and he is a great resource regarding the area as well. You won't be disappointed!!!

We stayed in this beautiful condo over Thanksgiving weekend-- it was the perfect, relaxing getaway location! There was plenty of space for two families with two small children each-- the living room is huge with lots of room for the kids to play and the adults to have some space as well. It is a block from downtown-- we walked to restaurants, shopping, a spa for massages, and even the ice skating rink. The beautifully remodeled condo had everything we needed-- we can't wait to return for another weekend in the mountains!

We stayed here from December 24th - January 2nd. It was a total of 5 of us. The condo was incredibly cozy and spacious. The kitchen is very nice with granite counter tops and stainless steal appliances. Everything you could possibly need to cook is available to you. the entrance area has a wonderful place to hang up your coats. The futon beds are very comfortable and spacious and the fireplace was delightful!! The beds were so incredibly comfy and the bathrooms have a ton of storage area. The location is unbeatable. The F-lot is right across the street where you can catch many of the shuttles to take you around town. City market is a quick 15 minute walk North on the same road and Main street was literally on the other side of the road. We walked to the quicksilver lift in The Village Base area. It was such a quick walk and also four o'clock run is a block and a half. We were all extremely happy with the accommodations and the location and STRONGLY recommend staying in this condo!! good times had by all!!

We rented this lovely condo from Aug.9-Sept.7, 2009. It has recently been beautifully redecorated and has a fabulous location. It is walking distance to town,the music center and has a balcony with mountain & village vistas. The kitchen is the best equiped we have ever rented anywhere in the world. The fireplace draws very well & there is an endless supply of wood for chilly evenings. We fly fished, hiked, took off road 4-wheel drive trips and golfed 3 courses in the area. Hard to know which "toys" to play with each day!! The bus stop is right across the street for the shuttle to the lifts. Perfect for summer or winter fun. We plan to rent it again this summer.

We just stayed in this newly remodeled condo and loved it. The location is fantastic and the furnishings are great! It was the nicest appointed condo we have ever stayed in, everything you could ever need was there. We will return and would recommend this condo and owner to anyone. Great communication with the owner, also!!
