The listing description and photos didn't do the condo justice... It was a lovely, large, & clean with all of the amenities of a five star resort! I loved the layout with the bedrooms on two ends, the nice laundry room with commercial full sized washer and dryer and the views out of every window were like picture postcards. We enjoyed the walking path to the Town Center where we signed up for classes, swimming, working out and we also attended two movies. We didn't take advantage of the golf due to the hot weather in July, but certainly would during the winter months. The location of Pelican Preserve is ideal to so many things: 10 minutes to the airport, shopping, restaurants and a short distance to Sanibel, and Ft. Meyers Beach. We spent much of our time on Sanibel Island and Captiva... great beach for shells, fun restaurants, bike rental and a great Outlet Mall just before crossing the bridge!!! We rented a boat out of Ft. Myers Beach and had it for the day ... highly recommend that as a family activity. The location of this condo was perfect too. Once you enter the huge complex this condo is in the first community and has a walking path that directly takes you to the center of all activities. It's a beautiful, short walk through a nature center... It was Awesome! Thank you for everything and we look forward to another visit. Mary Kabat
