This charming 1919 bungalow is a 4 bedroom tongue and groove charming retreat complete with wood burning fireplace. It has a modern kitchen and great porch out front to lounge on. This home is not to be abused and lacks comfortable bathroom spaces with the main bath on the first floor with a shower, toilet and sink but no tub. There is a also a 1/2 bath on the main floor but none upstairs where the three remaining bedrooms are. People who stay here absolutely fall in love with it but I am making these declarations so there are no surprises. The home is on a quiet street of full-time neighbors and does not condone a rowdy crowd. The beach/creek access is at the end of the street with the magnificent and exclusive Chapman Point right around the corner. It is referred to as the quiet end of Cannon Beach yet still easily walkable to downtown.
