From the 2nd and 3rd floor decks you can watch golfers on the par 3 golf course, Many beautiful beaches in the area. Look out to the shore of Lake Erie and watch the boats come into Bay Point Marina. You can do it 'ALL' or do 'nothing at all'. Choose to relax at the pool OR go to Cedar Point, Party on Kellys Island or Put in Bay. There are always 'Walk On' Charter Boats in Marblehead or Port Clinton, waiting to take you out on Lake Erie so you can catch your limit of Yellow Perch, Smallmouth or Walleye. 1 Hour drive to Cleveland for Indians Baseball ,Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Casino, or 1 Hour Drive to Toledo

Kitchen ready for all your cooking needs: The kitchen is equipped with all dishes, pots and pans, utensils, cleaning products that you will need for 12 people. Belgian waffle maker, 7 quart crock pot, blender, four-slice toaster. Call us for the complete list, as we are always adding new items.

Baby and Toddler Needs: Baby Play-Yard, Walker, and Baby Gate available on request. There is also a toddler bed upon request for an additional sleep area for that 2-4 year old. Ikea chair/bed that converts to a twin bed for that extra youth or other.

2 Pull out couches. 1 in the 1st floor Recreation Room and 1 in main Living room. An extra foam mattress pad is provided to add additional comfort to the pull out sofa bed. We have an ikea chair/bed - a cozy chair that easily transforms into a twin bed. Presently located in the master bedroom, it can fairly easily be moved to any room where it is needed. There is also a toddler bed, that would sleep a 2-5 year old child, as well as a baby pack'n'play. Linens for all items are provided....more less

We had 3 generations, down to an infant, and the owner was very responsive and accomodated us well with baby equipment etc. It is well furnished with all you need for the stay.The place is well maintained and very clean. It is located in a quiet area but close to restaurants and entertainment. I would recommend this property and hope to return.

We had three families who rented this condo together. We had planned on spending most of the time at Cedar Point, but we ended up enjoying the area around the condo very much. The owner was very accomodating and helpful throughout the entire process right up to the last day. We own a timeshare and are very happy with condos from an exchange company, however the owner of this condo blew the best customer service we have experienced out of the water. The condo easily acommodated three families including 5 kids and included everything we needed to have a great time. We would definitely rent this condo again!

The place was very clean and all organized when we arrived. It was very nicely decorated with lots of supplies everywhere. The owners was very reachable and understanding of our needs. Cotton pollen from around the area did collect on all the nets and outside patio items. There were cobwebs on some of the show pieces and ceiling. But, nothing that would bother in terms of bugs, etc. We will go there again in a heartbeat.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We could not have asked for a better appointed condo. The owners have obviously put considerable thought and care into setting up the condo. We were pleased to find games, videos, beach chairs and towels, tennis rackets, etc. - all things that we didn't have to lug along with us and helped to make our stay just that much more enjoyable. The pool and beach were both easily accessible and nice. As there are no bedrooms on the floor with the kitchen and main living area, those who chose to stay up later watching movies or playing cards were able to do so without disturbing others. With a covered patio, a screened in porch and the deck/balcony, there was plenty of space to sit and enjoy the outdoors. We would definitely rent the condo again for any repeat trip to the area! Thanks Lisa and Bill for making this such a great home-away-from-home!
