In 2011 this unit received new tile in the living room and kitchen.
We also put new carpet in the bedroom.

Perfect beach getaway!!!

My wife and I had an amazing Memorial Day 2010 in this condo! The listing was described perfectly and the pictures show the property beautifully. The decorating was very tasteful which was greatly appreciated by us. Not to be rude but some condos just look cheesy, this one looks GREAT! The condo was very clean with nothing broken or missing. We worked with Sugar Sands Realty to rent the property and they were a delight to do business with. We would, without a doubt, recommend this condo to anyone and would love to go back there ourselves! Pros: Too many to list....great view, large balcony, clean and well maintained, close to dining and attractions. The list goes on and on. Cons: Too few to almost even worry about....could use some more kitchen gear such as bowls, paring knives, cutting board, measuring cups, etc. for those who want to cook on vacation. Beyond that, don't change a thing! Bottom line: If it's available, rent it, you won't be disappointed!
