This lovely Mediterranean style 5,000 square foot home sits across the street from one a white sand beach in the private resort community of Playacar Phase I.
Just a 15 minute walk to Playa del Carmen's famous 5th avenue and centrally located to the exciting activities on the Mayan Riviera Coast.
Three bedrooms are on the first floor, the fourth bedroom is upstairs and has a fantastic terrace with hammock and views of the sea. There are three king size beds in three of the bedrooms and two full size beds in the fourth bedroom. The decor features beautiful hacienda style furniture from Guadalajara. The house is perfect for entertaining, the expansive kitchen opens out to a large dinning room and living room which both look on to the pool deck and have views of the ocean. There is a pool table and bar in the basement.

Hello Kim, Just a quick note to let you know we had a wonderful time in Estrella del Mar; the home suited us all very well and was quite beautiful. Mayte was quite helpful and seemed to always be available if we needed to contact her. When the cook was a no show she quickly had cabs dispatched to the house for us to go into town. The massage service was excellent. They arrived right on time and were very accommodating as to set up and what each person wanted. Everyone enjoyed their service and they are highly recommended. Again, as stated above our stay was enjoyed by everyone and overall the hospitality of your staff was very good. We are already discussing plans to return Thank you, Harold & Cathy Lewington

Dear Kim Now that the dust has settled and Daphne and Kent are home preparing for their next adventure, it reminded me to write to you. I wanted to thank you so much for all your good work in helping to organise Daphne & Kent's 2 month stay at Villa Estrella del Mar in Playa del Carmen this year. Kim, Every thing you said about Estrella del Mar is true. What a wonderful house and what a wonderful location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is roomy and well furnished. It easily accomodated 8 people. The AC keeps it very comfortable at night. When we weren't lounging around the pool, it was just a few steps to the beach and the beautiful Carribean. Hurricane Emily left her mark throughout the neighborhood, but the damage wasn't severe. Clean up crews were busy, but never intrusive. There is a security presence throughout Playacar...but it's not overbearing. The house is in a terrific location, only a few blocks from the buzz of downtown Playa del Carmen....but truly a world away. We loved it. And you, along with your diminutive helpers, were the perfect rental agent. Jim
