This is a great family beach house with all the comforts of home. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with its own bathroom. One bedroom has a full size bed and the other has bunk beds. Washer/dryer included. Patio furniture on the deck along with an outside shower downstairs.
Cleaning Products Including Vacuum Are Provided for You to Clean at Your Departure. In the Event the Unit Has Not Been Cleaned, a Portion of Your Deposit Will Be Withheld to Pay for a Cleaning Service.
You Must Bring: Your Own Linens ( Sheets, Towels, Etc.) Bath Soaps and Paper Products Including Paper Towels and Toilet Paper.
All Guests Must Register with Ocean Lakes Upon Arrival and Obtain a Parking Pass which is $3.00/day.
We Do Not Allow Any Pets in Our Home. No Smoking Inside the Home.
Families Only...you must be at least 25 years old to rent our house and remain at the house throughout the entire rental period.
You must be 21 to operate the golf cart.
