Lake House for Rent – Accommodates 2 to 10 people – with several rate options
The Lake House is located near Ryann Creek Marina, ½ mile off County Road 222. Approximately 50 minutes from Birmingham or Huntsville, only 15 miles off I-65 exit 299.
The Lake House features two separate living quarters. The lower level has two bedrooms (both with queen beds), living room, full bath, along with a full kitchen and will accommodate up to 4 people. The upper level has a master suite with a queen bed, two additional bedrooms with full size beds, a large living room, two full baths, a dining room, a wash room, along with a full kitchen and will accommodate up to 6 people.
The Lake House also features satellite television, a large porch with a large screened in area, large patio, BBQ grill, decks, and a two level boat dock with auto lift for your boat. The view is fantastic with unbelievably gorgeous sunsets.
The Lake House is in a great location on the water……..leave the boat dock and go right, around the first turn you will see the Castle on Smith Lake. You can go left from the boat dock and around the first turn you will be at Ryann Creek Marina. The Lake House is approximately half-way between Smith Lake Dam (only a 20 minute boat ride) and Smith Lake Park (a 17 minute boat ride). This is the absolute perfect spot on the water.
Please note that the Lake House will not be rented to separate parties during the same time periods. You and your party will be the only guests.......you don't have to worry about strangers staying in the other level of the house during your specific rental period. Just relax and have a great time skiing, swimming, fishing, riding your sea-doo, or just taking it easy on the decks or patio.
