50% deposit required to reserve. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
$250 REFUNDABLE security deposit required at time of reservation.
Security deposit will be refunded after departure inspection; assuming no damages.
Rates include sales tax.
Linen package available for extra fee.
Departure maid service is included in rates.

My husband & I live in SC (inland). We have 1 little boy. We love the SC coast and hope to call it our permanent home some day. We take pride in our beach home and try to make it as accommodating as possible for our guests. We're sure you will fall in love with it, as we did.

I have vacationed here since childhood. We have 4 investment properties in the area and my parents live close by.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Beautiful, comfortable house. Beautiful, quiet beach. Everything close by - excellent restaurants, unique shopping, beautiful golf courses right here in Litchfield/Pawleys Island. Also, excellent local seafood available!!! We just love everything about it and know you will too!! Myrtle Beach is just a 20 minute drive for unlimited entertainment/shopping/restaurant options.

This property exceeded our expectations. Literally 2 minutes to a spectacular beach. The house had everything you need to have a wonderful stay (excluding consumables). The master bedroom was a great 'hang-out' for the kids after an 'exhausting' day at the beach. Comfy furniture, a huge dining room table and a 'cool' pool made for great family time. The comfortable and HUGE beds ensured a good night's rest. Finally, Dawn (the owner) was a consummate profesional, with whom it was a pleasure to do business. We would highly recommend this rental.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.
