We rented this condo in July of last year and are hoping to rent it again soon. The location is perfect!! Dixie grill is right downstairs for breakfast or a quick coffee run if you don't feel like brewing up your own. Everything fun in downtown Wilmington in within walking distance. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated with comfortable beds. The kitchen is great and I love how open everything is! We absolutely loved it and didn't really have an issue with the noise at all. I don't think I would want to stay anywhere else in downtown Wilmington after staying here :-) We have visited before and stayed at the Hilton on the river, but this was so much better. Thanks and we hope to be back soon!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
Owner response: Thank you so much! We really appreciate your feedback.

The loft was absolutely beautiful. The pictures made it seem a bit small, but it turned out to be quite spacious. Very open living areas, great kitchen! It is within walking distance to all of downtown Wilmington's Historic District. We parked our car in the garage, and didn't have to use it except to drive out to the wedding that we were there for. Everything else was reached on foot. My only caution to future renters would be that there is a club a couple of doors down that plays very loud music into the wee hours of the morning. The bedrooms are right above the street also, so you can hear everyone and everything going on. I spent part of one night sleeping in the sitting room, but could not get away from the throbbing bass music. If you are a light sleeper, you will not get much rest. Otherwise, we thouroughly enjoyed the space.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Thank you very much for your comments. Since the loft is located in the center of Downtown Wilmington, a certain amount of street noise is to be expected, but at times can be a bit of a drawback. I hope that won't keep you from considering us in the future. We do have fans in the bedroom closets that can be used to mask outside noise.
