The Dollar Hill condos are located in Tahoe City which is about 13 miles from Truckee and Hwy 80. The driveway is always free of snow in winter for easy access. There is a pool, hot tub and pool house.
This property has three bedrooms which are each on separate levels for maximum privacy. There is cable television and a computer with WiFi internet and fax service. The whole condo is remodeled with natural stone flooring, and carpet in bedrooms. The kitchen has granite counters and newer appliances, full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer. The balcony overlooks the pool.
Tahoe City offers something for everyone. There is great skiing and ice skating at Squaw Valley resort. There is rafting on the Truckee river, bicycling on the bike path in summer. Lake Tahoe is right across the road from our condo with a sandy beach to picnic on.

This condo exceeded our expectations! It is an adorable 3 floor condo with the pool right out the sliding glass door! The place is clean and spacious. We will definitely come back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great condo for families. Kitchen is fully stocked. The condo is close to the pool, has plenty of sleeping areas and has a bathroom on every floor. Just across the street from beach access. We had a great time and will go back again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

All was great at your condo! It is absolutely beautiful there! It looked like a painted scenery. Unbelievable. Your condo was very homey. Perfect place for a family getaway!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children.
