The first floor has a master bedroom with a queen size bed and newly renovated master bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a newly renovated full bath on the first floor.
The second floor is an open floor plan with full kitchen, pantry, dining room, 1/2 bathroom, and living room with a stone fire place and cathedral ceilings. There is a pull out couch that can sleep 2 in the living room. The are four sliding glass doors off the living room that open to the deck area to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The deck has Adirondack chairs and an outdoor table with chairs.
The basement has a washer and a new dryer. The garage is located next to the basement.
There are two outdoor showers.
