The second floor is an open floor plan with full kitchen, pantry, dining room, 1/2 bathroom, and living room with a stone fire place and cathedral ceilings. There is a pull out couch that can sleep 2 in the living room. The are four sliding glass doors off the living room that open to the deck area to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The deck has Adirondack chairs and an outdoor table with chairs.
The basement has a washer and a new dryer. The garage is located next to the basement.
There are two outdoor showers.

Why the Owner Chose Montauk
We purchased this house in 2005 because of the ocean view and seclusion in hopes to have a relaxing summer by the beautiful LI ocean waters; however, busy schedules have kept us away but savor every moment when we can get out to Montauk.
