Owner Description
Year Purchased: 1995
Kate and Andy Berman, both originally from New England, settled in Ketchum, Idaho 30 years ago. Andy is an owner of P.K.’s Ski & Sports, a full-service ski and bike shop in downtown Ketchum (23 years), and Kate is the Fundraising Event Director for the Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation (10 years), as well as a personal chef for a local couple (15 years).

We love the Ketchum/Sun Valley location; it’s been a fabulous area to raise our children! So much to offer... Great schools, great community, skiing, fishing, hiking, biking, camping, rafting, golf, tennis, symphony, dinning, or just hanging at home with the family.
