Beach access to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lake Michigan is just steps away from the front door (2 houses away). Enjoy the quiet neighborhood beach across the street or stroll down a short walk to the larger public beach.
You will relax and unwind the minute you step foot on the veranda that wraps around three sides of the first and second level of this charming house. The large doors and expansive veranda allow you to bring the outside in and the inside out which greatly expands the living space. Enjoy the peaceful lake breeze and sounds no matter where you choose to rest or gather with your family and friends.
Each of the 3 bedrooms have a queen size bed. There is 1 bedroom on the main level and the 2 bedrooms on the 2nd level each have an additional day bed with trundle. Both upstairs bedrooms open up to the veranda and have their own seating areas - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine as the sun sets.
House is only 10 years old but almost everything is brand new including new kitchen with granite counter, new appliances, new floors throughout, all new furniture(Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, IKEA, Pier 1), bedding and linens, new Weber gas grill, and new patio furniture. For guests that love to cook you will appreciate the well stocked kitchen that has been filled with everything new.

When we first visited the South Haven area we fell in love with it! It is one of the cleanest beach communities we have ever seen and there is such much activity centered around the harbor that it makes for the perfect beach vacation. The downtown is so charming with all the unique shops and wonderful restaurants. There truly is something for everyone in South Haven!
