This luxurious townhouse unit in Silver Star is professionally decorated with designer furnishings and private hot tub on your deck. It is near the Silver Star lift and your own private heated locker. The deck has seating for outdoor dining and cooking on the gas grill. It has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with free WIFI and flat screen televisions and DVD players. The master bedroom has a king bed and bath with jetted soak tub and separate shower, the second bedroom has a king bed and the bunk room has 2 sets of bunks for plenty of room for four kids to hang out and watch television or DVDs. Each bedroom has its own bath.
You will love the well appointed kitchen with solid granite counter tops and top of the line Viking appliances. If you don't want to cook, but don't want to take the kids out to a restaurant, we can hook you up with a caterer to prepare you a delicious meal to enjoy at home. We can also arrange for grocery shopping before you arrive or during your stay. We will do whatever we can to make your visit to our home a memorable experience. There is local management for any extra cleaning or maintenance that you may need during your vacation.
It is located just steps from the new triple chair Silver Star lift and ticket office. Located on site is a working mine, the Sundance Film Festival's Headquarters, the Spiro hiking trails, and the Spiro Arts Center. On the property there is a quaint restaurant, ski/bike rental shop, along with relaxing outdoor seating area. The Park City Mountain Resort is right next door where there are numerous activities. Some exciting things to explore for the summer are the Alpine Slide, the ZipRider, and the new Alpine Coaster.
You will not be disappointed with this luxurious condo. There is a free shuttle to all destinations in Park City, but if you choose to rent a car, there is complimentary underground heated parking available for you. There is well equipped fitness center for your use along with a heated pool and spa.

Why the Owner Chose Silver Star
We love to ski at Park City because it is such a short drive to Salt Lake City airport! Also the music, art and theater that Park City offers are so much fun, and can be enjoyed in a casual mountain setting. My children like to snowboard and they permit both skiing and snowboarding at Park City.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love the summer activities like mountain biking, hiking, kayaking and just hanging out in the crisp dry air- quite different from the humidity and heat in Georgia.
Winter or summer offers so much fun!

This is a fantastic property in a very modern (new) development. The home is spacious and immaculately maintained. The kitchen boasts high-end appliances and the unit also has a very large covered hot tub and its own washer and dryer. We had seven people in our party and the unit could have easily accomodated a more. In terms of convenience, the unit is a quick elevator ride away from the Silver Star Ski Shop and Diner and across the street from the dedicated Silver Star chair. The resort also provides shuttle service to downtown and other resorts for renters. Our teenager sons and their friends also loved that it was on the PC bus line. We would love to rent the home again!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
