"TRANQUILITY VILLA" is a beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bath home located in Orange Tree, a wonderful new neighborhood that is situated amongst fragrant orange groves.

From the instant you arrive you know that you are home. You are greeted by the sweet smell of the fragrant orange trees and are escorted to your door by orange, tree-lined streets. All this peace and tranquility and yet you are only 10 minutes to Disney. Universal and Sea World are only 15-20 minutes away.

So, after fun-filled days, that can be exhausting, come home and take a dip in the privacy of your own pool, or just relax in the comfort of our luxury villa.

This beautiful, executive, luxury villa offers a tranquil setting in a premier neighborhood. The feeling of tranquility makes you forget that you are only minutes from Disney World and Florida's best attractions.

The main living area is equipped with beautiful, comfortable furnishings, a spacious dining area, a large cable TV, VCR, DVD and a Stereo Radio/CD Player/Cassette Player. The vaulted ceilings boast welcoming ceiling fans and skylights. The Main Living area & All 5 Bedrooms have Ceiling Fans and Color TV's with Cable.

You will find one King-size Master bedroom suite (American King-size bed) with en-suite bathroom and Cable TV/VCR, Ceiling Fan, Phone & Alarm Clock. The en-suite has a Garden tub, a walk-in glass enclosed, free standing shower plus a walk-in closet. One American Queen-size Master bedroom suite, with en-suite bathroom and Cable TV/VCR, Ceiling Fan, Phone & Alarm Clock. Both Master Suites have private entrances to the Lanai/Pool area.

There is also two Twin bedrooms (each with two twin beds), both of the childrens rooms have Cable TV/VCR's, & both have Ceiling Fans. There is a bathroom between them. The fifth bedroom has a Double-size bed with a bathroom right outside plus a Ceiling Fan & a Cable TV/VCR & a Phone. All rooms are Cable ready and have a TV. The main living area also has a pull-out, Queen-size sofabed.

The wonderful, private, heated in-ground pool is larger than average and is 30-feet by 12-feet of pure luxury. The pool area and lanai (covered patio) are the perfect setting for lounging or dining al-fresco. You can enjoy yourself bug-free outside while sunning, swimming or dining through our bug free enclosure. Optional pool heating is available upon request.

Nothing has been overlooked in this luxurious, spacious villa. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line Maytag appliances that include a large oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, coffee maker, toaster, and all the amenities needed to cater up to 12 people.

VRBO Bear enjoying Disney World

VRBO Bear stayed here - 09/02/2003 This Disney area vacation home has it all! It's only a short ride to all the parks, so it's convenient and close to EVERYTHING. After visiting Disney or Universal all day, a bear can get pretty hot, so it was nice to come home and cool off in our own private pool.

This spacious home was a perfect place for six of my buddies and I to enjoy a beary nice vacation without spending too much $$$ (There was even room for more). For the price of a small hotel room, this home has a full sized kitchen, two eating areas, a full washer and dryer, 2 master suites, 4 TV/VCRs, one with a DVD and a lanai with a screened in pool.

Thank you to our hosts Annie and Rocco for the nice welcome package with snacks and breakfast items for the next day. Just what a hungry bear needs. They also gave us great driving directions and map to get us there from the airport. So, when it comes to Florida, this is the greatest vacation rental since Cinderella's castle!
