Casa Blanca: Simple, charming, open and airy home located 5 minutes from the jardin in San Miguel. PLEASE REFER TO THE MAP FPR EXCAT LOCATION. WE ARE ON CANAL WHICH IS A MAIN STREET AND VERY CLOSE TO MARKETS, THE JARDIN, ETC. The house is very peaceful and tranquil and once you step outside it's the center of everything. This is a SAFER house in my opinion, due to the location, than other, more remotely located neighborhoods. My neighbors are excellent, friendly and helpful.
Great location for local markets. Optional organic food delivery, house keeper, massage therapist available. Decor is white and wood. Lots of benches, antiques, old doors. Simple and elegant.
This is a wonderful house with a great layout for privacy. Styled by a fashion designer who is regularly featured in Vogue, Elle, WWD, Bazaar, Us Weekly, etc.

All furnishings are a simple, rustic chic style... The house is very clean, spacious and uncluttered. The house has a open, airy, cozy, peaceful & relaxing feeling in the midst of Centro.
Great layout for 2 couples or family of four. Guest bedroom is on the 3rd floor with a private full bathroom. It is a very sweet, sun-filled room adjacent tto the yoga studio. The guest room also leads to the roof top which has a queen bed, white linens, covered and shaded palapa and plants. It's very peaceful and has great views of the surrounding mountains, town and churches.
Master bedroom is very spacious with a view over the courtyard. It has a seating area and a fireplace. Very comfortable king size bed and tons of closet space. Nice bathroom with tub. All white linens. Very airy. Door leads to a covered terrace filled with herbs, bougenvilla and flowers.

Why the Owner Chose Centro
I have been visiting San Miguel for years.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The house has a wonderfully peaceful, light feeling. It is in the heart of the city -- yet when you walk inside you feel right very calm. It's a large house with different areas. The layout is great. There's a lot of room for privacy. When I have guests we all feel very free. You don't feel cramped at all in this house. You can relax on the rooftop in a bed while overlooking the mountains and someone else can be in the courtyard BBQing or listening to music. The living room off the courtyard is very much it's own space. You also have the yoga studio/workout room. There is a garage converted into an office. I also love the kitchen which overlooks the courtyard and has an adjacent pantry and full laundry room with washer and dryer. The dining area lis simple and serene. The master bedroom is a very cool place for lounging around. I mounted colonial doors over the windows in the master bedroom (which can be opened) in order to block light in the morning -- like any good hotel. It's been a great design project. I'm always buying and adding unique things antique dealers around town and have decorated with a very light, simple style.
