You will be provided with reserved and covered parking under the building. The grounds are impeccably maintained, with colorful tropical landscaping. You WILL NOT be disappointed.
This entire unit was completely refurbished with 18" tile flooring throughout, wooden plantation shutters in the bedroom, plenty of closet space, a king sized bed and fresh linens. A second TV is available in the MBR. The kitchen was designed for the serious cook and offers an open view to the Gulf and the living room while staying connected to your partner or guests. Stainless steel appliances make the preparation and clean up easy. The new lanai furniture with swivel rockers and seating for 4, make your morning or evening meals an instant success. You will be overlooking the beautiful heated pool as part of your total visual experience. The daily sounds of the waves rolling in are easily heard from anywhere in the condo. Distance wise, you are a chip-shot away from the beach.
The bathroom has a custom glass enclosed shower. Soft towels and beach towels are provided and are of hotel quality.
You may dine out at an extensive list of convenient restaurants catering to every possible taste in food or flip a coin to see if you want to eat in.
The living room features a soft Italian leather sofa that also folds into a queen hideaway bed. Plenty of comfortable seating make your TV viewing on the large screen HDTV a pleasurable experience. The new 3 way glass sliders enable you to expand the living area to include the lanai.
If you truly want to relax in quiet solitude, this is your BEST choice.
