I bought this property thinking that I would stay here when I visit my extended family in Florida and I mostly stay at their house. So it goes empty most of the year. I have updated the furnishings and it is a very comfortable and very exclusive community.

Location, Location, Location. This home is centrally located so the kids can get to the beach quickly and I can get to the golf courses fast. Ft Myers is a shopping mecca and you can find anything you need. The site is very near excellent Health Park Hospital.

Enjoy the tennis courts, pool and exercise room. Relaxing on the lanai (screened in porch) after a long day is great to watch the golfers go by.
