This Tudor style home is one of the most luxurious of the former Seigniory Club's mansions.
Upon entering you are greeted by a wide entrance hall running from front to back. It opens onto a stone terrace overlooking the golf course. The large, bright living room has light streaming in on three sides, and a fireplace. A sunroom gives off the living room. The cross-hall dining room is another large, bright, room with windows on three sides. The country-style kitchen has an eating nook. There is a large ground floor guest suite with a queen-sized bed.
There are three bedrooms and a family room on the second floor. The master bedroom, with its ensuite bathroom has a king-sized bed, and a small balcony. The other two bedrooms (with a double bed, and a queen-sized bed) share a bathroom. The family room has windows on 3 sides, a fireplace, and large TV.
The house comes totally equipped from champagne glasses to bed linens.
Cross country ski trails are at your doorstep in the winter. In the summer, the renowned Fairmont Chateau Montebello golf course is right at hand.

About the owner: We are a family who have owned a home in Montebello for over 20 years. We specialize in luxury short-term furnished rentals to business persons/executives working for limited periods in Montreal and Toronto, and have been in this business for 15 years.
Why the Owner Chose Montebello:
When we decided to purchase a country property, we looked far and wide in the areas around Montreal. Montebello had everything we wanted in a home - walking distance to shops, restaurants, religious institution, lots of land, neighbours near at hand, however far enough away to give complete privacy.
The Unique Benefits at this Chateau / Country House:
Our home is a very traditional one, with a large, warm kitchen, a big, bright living room across the hall from an equally large and bright dining room which seats 8 persons around the dining table. A stone terrace gives off the centre hall. This is the home of our dreams, and when it suddenly came on the market we sold our former home in Montebello and moved across the ravine.
