The Sunlight Luxury Villa is located in Oia, a traditional settlement in the northern part of Santorini, 150m above the sea level.

The villa sits at the highest level in the area, and is almost at street level with no steps to reach the entrance.

The 110 sq.m deluxe villa was originally a family summer house. The villa can host 2-6 guests. It consists of one master bedroom with queen size bed, a second one with two single beds and two bathrooms with one bath tub.

The comfortable living room has two spacious sofas that can be used as beds or as relaxing spot, and also a fireplace. The open plan living/dining area consists of one fully equipped kitchen with modern facilities like, 2 different kinds of coffee makers, microwave, blender and smoothies maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and electric hobs. There is also a mini bar.

In the lounge someone can also find up to date entertainment units like 42” flat screen TV, satellite, DVD player/recorder, Home Cinema and Playstation 3. We also provide a variety of music CDs and movie DVDs for you to enjoy.

We also provide a laptop for your use with wireless/cable internet connection plus an all-in-one machine (fax-copier-scanner-printer).

A two level lounge-dining private terrace, which is 60 sq.m, can be used for events. In its large flowered balcony, is located a Pool Spa Jacuzzi with capacity 5-6 persons, where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view.

The breakfast is rich and resembles the American with a few extra touches. We will welcome you by offering two bottles of our local but also worldwide awarded wine.

If you prefer something else in cases like Honeymoon or Anniversary, please let us know of your wishes and we’ll do the best we can to fulfill it.

You are welcome to use a nearby swimming pool, which is easily accessible from our residence (3 min. walk on a straight road). At the same place you can enjoy the service of the restaurant and the sauna facilities.

The villa is also at the beginning of the walking path for hiking, which leads to Imerovigli village and the Town of Fira. It's path with amazing views all along. It is perfect for people that like hiking. Bring trainer shoes with you.




Cancellation Policy
- No penalty for cancellations 31 days or more before confirmed arrival.
- 21-30 days prior to arrival, results in 25%of cost of stay.
- 15-20 days prior to arrival, results in 50% of cost of stay.
- 7-14 days prior to arrival, results in 75% of cost of stay.
- 0-6 days prior to arrival, results in 100% of cost of stay.
- No-show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% of cost of stay.


We accept cash(wire transfer) as a rule, but we also accept Paypal as a last resort and also travellers cheques.

  • This villa is absolutely amazing. Our trip plans only allowed us to stay here for 3 nights, but during that time, we had the enjoyment of our lives. The view from the deck is spectacular and Martina and Aris treat you like family. My Aunt had the misfortune of forgetting some of her souveniers on a tour and Aris called the tour company and had the souveniers delivered to us. The villa comes with all of the compliments of home including among other things air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, internet, and even a PS3. Our only regret during our 12 day trip through Greece was that we didn't schedule more time at this villa. I would highly suggest to anyone wanting a romantic, relaxing, and enjoyable stay in Oia to rent this villa, as they won't regret it.

  • We had the pleasure of staying in this property for 3 nights. Our only regret was that it was not long enough! The owner has paid attention to every detail not to mention their warm hospitality. The villa has virtually everything that you would need and then some. The terrace provides an absolutely stunning view of Oia, our favourite place was to just sit on the terrace with a glass of wine and take in the spectacular view. Breakfast is also served out on the terrace (if you chose). Freshly squeezed orange juice, cereal, fresh bread, fresh fruit, fresh cheeses, greek salad, pastries, just to name a few things! It is an easy walk to the "town" which is full of good places to eat, many shops to explore and the castle ruins to view the sunset. There is a supermarket right next door to the property if you are in need of any supplies & a bus stop right outside your door. We would highly recommend this property! Thank you Matina & Aris for making our stay so memorable in Santorini.
