This light and lovely, well maintained beach house is just a half block to the beach access. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a family room, rooftop deck and a double car garage. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, two twins in the second bedroom, and a bunk bed and a single bed in the third bedroom. Sleeps 7.
There are hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings in the living room. The light & bright kitchen has been recently upgraded with newer appliances including gas stove top, dishwasher, trash compactor, double oven and granite countertops. The family room is equipped with large comfy furniture, great for watching a movie or cozying up with a book or your laptop. Internet provided free of charge. Two of the bedrooms open up to the back patio/deck area and the laundry is inside.
Beachfront homes are at the end of the block and the downtown pier and shops are about a mile walk or bike. The quiet neighborhood is a great area for walking or biking. Don't miss the sunsets at the beach or catch them from our home's rooftop deck. Downtown Cayucos has several restaurants, wine tasting shops and great antique stores to browse through.
You can rent wetsuits, surfboards, boogie boards, or take a kayak lesson from the surf shops downtown. Morro Bay Golf Course is 10 minutes south on Hwy 1 and Dairy Creek GC is about 20 minutes away in San Luis Obispo. Cal Poly SLO is nearby, as is Avila and Pismo Beaches.
