The rental is a charming three-level townhouse nestled in a community adjacent to a park, playground and many close-by amenities. It is in an excellent location where you can easily walk to Whole Foods, the recreation center(with a swimming pool and gym), walking and biking trails, local restaurants, a chocolate shop, a health spa, yoga studio, and even a Buddhist center. About a mile away is the old town of Mill Valley which has more amazing restaurants, cafes, a movie theater, ice cream shops, live theater, live music, and a stunning public library. The unit is a 10 minute car ride to the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco!
The townhouse has a full kitchen, dining room and living room with an open space layout. It is light and cozy with a view of greenery, redwoods and a creek. The living room has a fireplace and looks out onto the deck where you can lounge and enjoy some quiet relaxation. The second level has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, full bath and second bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The third level is a loft-style bedroom with hardwood cherry floors and plenty of built-it shelving. There is a twin bed in the loft area.
The place is beautiful, charming and in an excellent location. You can easily move in and walk to everything you may need. It is a relaxing, peaceful, convenient, and family-friendly vacation home.

Year Purchased: 2005
I lived in this townhouse with my family before relocating to San Francisco two years ago. We fell in love with the townhouse, the location and the surroundings and enjoy still spending time there. We are excited to balance renting out the place with enjoying it ourselves.
Why the Owner Chose Mill Valley
This was originally our primary residence. We have been renting it for a few years and decided vrbo may be a nice way to both rent it out and still enjoy it occasionally.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
The setting is gorgeous with french-style landscaping, a community feel, and walking distance to so many wonderful places. We walk to Whole Foods, the recreation center, live theater, restaurants, and there is a walking trail to the bay right from the unit.
