Year Purchased: 2006
We bought this unit in the fall of 2006 after owning a sound front house in Emerald Isle. We were drawn to the privacy and seclusion of Ocean Grove and its convenient location between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Our two sons have loved having the beach at their back door; we have loved the space of a house with the ease of condominium living. We hope you will enjoy our home away from home as much as we do!!!
