We encourage you to come enjoy our remodeled, ground-level, lakefront condo. Complete with amazing views of the Tenmile range, we are sure you will not be disappointed!
Our comfortable and cozy, remodeled one bedroom condo has all the amenities of home. Light the gas fireplace, and relax for your next adventure in our little utopia!
We are currently looking for a tenant who would like to rent our condo for the summer- June 1 - September 30 2010. $1000 a month, all utilities included. Please contact us if you are interested.

Steve and Dara Delaney are year-round residents of Summit County, CO and have a wealth of information to make your vacation a breeze.
Their hobbies include: riding the snow, running the rivers, rock climbing, hiking, biking, camping and anything else that has to do with the outdoors.
Steve is a snowboard instructor at Arapahoe Basin in the winter and a private raft guide in the summer. He is available for hire as a guide during your vacation.
