The Unique Benefits at this House
Peace, fresh air, ocean breeze and view. Quiet walks right out my back yard. Hiking and biking trails nearby. Just walking around on the property, looking at all the trees and plants, eating the fruit that is in season, listening to the birds is a peaceful experience. Swimming and hot tubing in this peaceful environment. The "tree house" suite is a wonderful experience, you literally feel like your in the trees but surrounded by modern amenities. The ocean breeze, view and sounds of the sea lions, owls, and birds adds to the experience.

Retired air traffic controller, spend my spare time remodeling and landscaping the acre and house. Lived here since '92 and find very few places in the world as wonderful as here. Diverse interests allow me to take people to nearly any interest they may have.
