Large New Country House located on ten acres of peaceful land surrounded by vineyards and mountain range. Two bridal suites and one writer's retreat with open floor plan for wonderful family weekend available. One Sunken Whirlpool tub available. We can arrange for massage and facials during your stay.
Views are spectacular from the wrap around deck. Grazing horses and vineyards in a quiet setting. Every Saturday a farmers market is bicycle distance away at Steele Winery. A wide selection of fabulous vineyards are available.
Clear Lake Disney Rentals has boats and jet skies a 5 minute drive. You can get a kayake for the reservior and for Clear Lake. Take advantage of flight lessons in Highland Springs or Golf in Buckingham and the Riviera. There are many places to horse back ride and enjoy the open country side. Lake County is a bicycle paradise and we host to many marathon rides.
Excellent wine tasting is available. You may enjoy simply sitting back and enjoying the quiet setting. Our guests amaze us at what they have found to do here. I provide an art eisle and a drafting table. We have a selection of books..
Mendocino is a two hour drive, as is San Francisco. come to enjoy Lake County's finest......

Year Purchased: 2006
I am a dreamer, an entrepreneur, a writer, a baby nurse, a realtor, a stock broker, trader and money manager for non profit organizations. I am a landscape enthusiast, mother of three wonderful sons who lives by the lessons of napolean hill and eli weisel.
I love to garden; I am in the process of planting a grove of olive trees and grape vines. I love poppies, peonies and have grown fond of the leaves on the fig trees.
A portion of all profits will go to supporting MakiivkaOrphans.org.
Why the Owner Chose Lakeport
I built Makiivka Estate to allow others the ability to rest, relax, enjoy family, celebrate, heal and most of all, enjoy Lake County. The house was built in 2006. I have written a book about the experienceof coming to Lake County from the Bay Area. I dedicate the building and sharing of this magical place to the orphans of Makiivka. We offer Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar tasting, spa services and the ability to have the place all to yourself.
