Newly renovated but in classic style, 3 bedroom cottage in Newport's 5th Ward, just off historic Thames Street with all it's shops and restaurant's the comforts of home with a hot tub and bar in back on back deck, back stone patio with fire pit, covered front porch with rockers.
5 minute walk to Bellevue and it's mansions. 10 minute walk to cliff walk, 25 minute walk to beach, but all 3 beaches within 5 minute drive.
I'm only renting this out for a couple weeks this summer, not less than a week at a time, using the rest myself, and as this is a family neighborhood, i'm not looking for party groups, mainly family's. thank you.
