Brand new 6th floor, highly desirable, premium end unit in the Shores of Panama!! Great location in Panama City Beach next to world famous "Pineapple Willy's" and nearby Pier Park. Many upgraded amenities including Stainless Appliances, Full Washer/Dryer, Flat Screen TVs, sofa sleeper; all Bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs & DVD's, and many other quality furnishings. One of only a few end units featuring a large wrap around balcony with a Great Room which has 2 floor to ceiling Patio Doors (Gulf View) & (Lagoon Pool View) with views of the sandy Gulf Coast, spectacular sunsets and the pool deck. Our unit is conveniently located next to the stair case for easy access to the pool, hot tub or beach without a lengthy elevator wait!
The great room was designed with your comfort in mind. A beautiful leather sofa sleeper is a great place to relax after a day at the pool or beach. We have added a new 40" LCD TV, DVD player, Surround Sound Theater System, and dining table for extra comfort.
The spacious master bedroom has a King Size bed with Sealy pillow top mattress and luxurious sheets that offers the most comfortable nights sleep. The Master Suite has a separate private door to the balcony, a wall mounted 32" LCD TV with DVD player for your viewing pleasure and the convenience of a beautiful full private bath with granite counters and tile floor.
Our kitchen is equipped to tempt your culinary skills. Granite counter tops, smooth top stove and upgraded stainless steel appliances are provided to make you feel at home. In addition to the dining table there are 4 bar stools around the kitchen snack bar.
The guest bedroom has a Sealy pillow top queen mattress and luxurious sheets for a comfortable nights sleep. We have added a wall mounted 32" LCD TV with DVD player. The guest suite has a private bath with shower and laundry facilities with a large washer and dryer.
The Bunk room has a door for added privacy, a wall mounted LCD TV and DVD player and private bathroom.
The Shores of Panama has one of the largest pools in all of Florida, nearly 20,000 square foot of lagoon pool and outdoor hot tub featuring waterfalls, fountains, two tiki bars, and exotic tropical landscaping. There is also a large, heated indoor pool & hot tub, a fitness center, and a Full Service Spa. The Shores of Panama was created to be more like a resort than just another box with a pool along the beach.
Pier Park, a mega family entertainment, restaurant and shopping development is only 4 miles away.

We traveled to Panama City Beach and stayed at the Shores of Panama during Easter Break in April 2009 and experienced the best family vacation in many years. After staying for a week we knew it was something we wanted to enjoy for years to come and purchased a new unit and quickly painted and furnished the unit to share with others.
Why the Owner Chose Shores of Panama
We choose Panama City Beach due to its miles of sugar white sand shoreline (which has been rated as one of the top beaches in Florida), the new International Airport in Panama City scheduled to open in 2010, and abundant dining, entertainment and shopping.

My family had the best vacation at this condo. It was beautifully decorated and the view was absolutely the best!!! We saw dolphins playing in the gulf every morning. We searched online for hours to find a good condo, and this condo was by far the best. The pillow top beds were a major plus that helped us sleep like we were at home. Russ was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. I had read online reviews about other condo units having difficulty with the front desk, but we were able to bypass the front desk because everything we needed was provided by Russ. I highly recommend this condo. Our family will stay at this condo next time we are in PCB.

After endless hours of searching every condo complex in PCB, this unit and property is by far the absolute BEST! This is first class all the way! Having a reserved parking spot on the same floor as the condo unit was too easy, stairs just outside the door was so convenient to the pool & beach - we were up and down those steps several times a day, the elevators were never a problem and the pool is hands down the most incredible in PCB! The condo was beautifully decorated as if a model unit, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, tons of room, clean - clean - clean and the view - oh the view!! It just doesn't get any better than this! Russ, going through you and not the front desk made the experience just that much better! Not a minute was wasted dealing with check-in and check-out. Thank you Russ for putting up with all my questions! You were wonderful to deal with!!!

We stayed in this condo while attending the USFA World Series tournament in PCB. The views from the balcony are Picture Perfect. You have an unobstructed view of the beach east or west and also the pool. The pool is HUGE and was perfect for our 3 grand kids. The condo was very clean and fit my families needs to the fullest. Russ & Crystal were great to work with and we look forward to staying here again.

This unit is the best. The view of the pool and ocean are wonderful and at just the right level. The unit itself it so clean and wonderfully decorated. I could not ask for a better place to stay while at Panama City Beach. We just love the unit and the area. Russ is great! We have made this our yearly vacation for 3 years now. We can't wait to journey back next year.

When you pull into the Shores of Panama entry way you know you are somewhere VERY special! Traveling through the parking garage is a little tricky if you drive a big SUV, but we made it. The condo has its own reserved parking spot right beside the entry door which is very handy. It is a long stroll to the condo's front door, but the walk is well worth it, plus you get to check out the happenings on the strip and at Pineapple Willy’s on your way. When arriving at the front door of the condo you have a great view of the pool/garden area/tiki bars which make you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. Once inside the condo you will be amazed by its beautiful and modern décor. The first bedroom has a view of the pool out the window with an attached bathroom and washer/dryer. Then as you move your way down the hall there is a bunkroom with its own private restroom. The kitchen has all new appliances and every kitchen gadget you would ever need. The living room has a nice leather couch, two chairs, and huge television. Just outside is a wrap around balcony that has a view of the pool on one side and the ocean on the other. There is plenty of patio furniture to enjoy the views from balcony. The master bedroom has a view of the ocean and its own private door that leads to the balcony, along with a full bath. Just a few more notes, the beds and linens are very comfy and their are plenty of towels and washcloths. There was also a closet full of beach chairs and beach toys to use while at the beach. I stay in PCB all the time and this is the best condo I have ever stayed in. The owners are very nice and helpful. I will be back to visit this condo again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Shores of Panama! This condo unit exceeded our expectations. Great balcony area with a beautiful view of the beach. Our kids really loved the pool and nightly activities. I would recommend this unit to friends and family and hope to stay here again in the future. This was the first time using the VRBO site for rental. The owner was so great - very helpful and made this experience great!

The view from this condo is absolutely breath taking. The condo is beautifully decorated. The pictures attached to the condo viewing, doesn't do justice to how nice it really is. The view, The decorating, The convenience. The mattress in the master suite is so comfortable...You feel like you are at home. Hi Russ & Crystal, we had a great time in your condo, every thing you needed and more, the view from your balcony was spectacular. The beds where so comfortable and the decor was lovely. It was also nice to have the large flat screen televison to watch the Olympic games on. The court yard is beautiful with the pool and hot tub, and the one in side as well. It was nice to have the Walmart across the street to walk to, to shop. Lots of good places to eat in, our favourites where Pineapple Willy's next door, and Montigo Bay in Edgewater Plaza, Applebee's and Hammerhead Fred's. If you like to find sea shells I recommend Crocked Island East Beach Road just pass Tydnal Air Base on the right, pack a lunch and spend the day. We would certainly love to stay again at Russ and Cryatal's beautiful condo and would recommend any one else to do the same. Thanks again Russ and Crystal.

We loved this condo. The weather was cold, but staying inside was no problem. The view is great and the condo is very private. The indoor pool and hot tub was a nice perk. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Russ!
