This luxuriously spacious and modern Villa located above Lenno offers guests a very special stay here on the Lake, offering a sunny lake view garden, large outdoor Swimming Pool and plenty of entertaining space.
'Villa Larius' offers guests a stunning Living area with comfortable seating, working fireplace, Satellite TV and DVD Player. The separate Dining room can seat upto 10 guests and is perfect for a large dinner party. There is a spacious fully fitted Kitchen also located on this ground floor.
The accommodation is very comfortable and spacious with charming beamed ceilings providing a unique atmosphere to the 5 Double Bedrooms and 5 fully equipped Bathrooms.
Outside a BBQ and eating area allows you to enjoy 'Alfresco' Dining whilst enjoying the sun, lake and mountains. The private Swimming pool is also located in the grounds and is perfect for a morning swim or Pool Party!
The Lakeside town of Lenno offers a rich heritage as well as many local amenities such as Cafe's, Bars, a Ferry and Bus Service, the popular Lido di Lenno Beach and Nightclub and not forgetting the famous Villa Balbianello, which can be approached by either walking through the lush woodland gardens or by taking an enjoyable Taxi Boat ride.
The central Lake location also means that guests can enjoy easy access to the many local attractions and towns on offer, such as Tremezzo which boasts many Cafes, Bars and beautiful Villa Carlotta and Menaggio which offers a variety of Boutique shops and which runs a frequent Ferry Service to the other very attractive Lakeside towns of Bellagio and Varena.
For Golfers the world renowned Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Course is located just a 15 minute's drive from Lenno and boasts some of the most romantic scenery, due to its elevated position over the Lake.

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

Short Breaks:
3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff / 4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff / 5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff / 6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff.
Additional Extras:
We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our office 'Happy Holiday Homes' in Menaggio: Cot Hire - EU 20 per week, High Chair - EU 15 per week, Push Chair - EU 25 per week, Camp Bed – EU 85 per week, Wi-Fi or USB Internet Stick - EU 35 per week (includes EU 10 consumable credit). Please note that signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in your rental property.
Making a Booking:
To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.

Villa Laruis in Lenno was a delight for all the family, the size of the Villa for ten people including two children was wonderful, just like the "Tardis" So much space inside that we could lose one another. The grounds were a delight to wander and the size of the swimming pool was more than adequate! The walk down to the supermarket in the morning, just as it opened, to get fresh bread was a lovely walk through little lanes and lovely Villas.Good for the legs on the way back up the hill. Lenno has two great supermarkets and a lovely Cake shop and a great market on a Tuesday Morning Lenno is also a good jumping off point for the ferries to other interesting towns. The Villa Del Balbianello is a must, it would interest older children rather than younger My grandchildren are seven and four and just loved the swimming pool which was ideal for them under supervision!
