We just returned from a short stay in Cottage B. What a fantastic place! All of the unexpected extras made our stay that much better - the fully stocked laundry room with free washer/dryer, the fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher and all the basics plus more, the hot water outdoor shower, the top of the line appliances .......we LOVED it! Fantastic use of the space and more hooks and cupboards than a family would need for a much longer stay. It's a short walk to the beach, boardwalk and downtown - my 2, 4 & 6 year old boys did it numerous times with no problems, all while carrying their boogie boards :-) Lot's to do and see around town but we made great use of the kitchen and bbq area at the cottage as well. We can't wait to go back!

My family of four (2 adults, 2 small kids) loved staying at the cottage. It has been recently renovated, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. They have really made a small space work and, seriously, no detail was forgotten- speakers for your ipod, two plasma tvs each with their own Blue Ray player (red box is just blocks away at 7/11), lovely sheets and towels, hooks outside for beach towels, perfect little kitchen (small dishwasher and microwave) open to the living room, BBQ, grassy area for kids to play, washer and dryer in separate cottage. I would recommend to friends and family with gusto. In fact, if you have a larger group renting all three cottages would be really great. Also the very kind lady who cleaned the cottage was beyond helpful, with recommendations on farmers markets and where to go when Pismo was foggy (Avila). We really enjoyed the location too! Close to the beach, and Pismo served as a good jumping off point for day trips to Avila, SLO, Oceano. We went as far as Hearst Castle and with two little ones wouldn't recommend driving much farther. Thank you for the attention to detail and giving us a home away from home.

What you see in the pictures and the list of amenities is even better in reality. The owners have designed this cottage with a great deal of thought. The way it is finished and furnished makes a really nice vacation home for a couple. Nice laundry area. Quiet. Private. Walk half a block and you are on the beach!

I stayed in unit B for two straight months and I LOVED it! The unit is perfectly appointed and the neighborhood was welcoming and safe! I stayed so long I made friends with a few neighbors! A short walk to Pismo boardwalk and the pier make for a great stroll each morning or evening. When you stay -- make sure you go to "The Cracked Crab" best crab in the area.....and Steamers for chowder! Miss it already!

This was our seventh year in a row staying at the "cottages". It is our favorite place to be. We have stayed anywhere from 7-10 days and it has never been long enough. We have never been ready to come home. The added bonus this year was that all three cottages had recently been remodeled, both inside and out. New kitchen appliances, new furniture, flat screen TVs in both the bedroom and front room, and a tankless water heater so the kids couldn't run the hot water out before mom and dad showered. The beach is a half a block away. We almost felt guilty watching people hunt for parking spots as we walked to and from the beach. Boogie boarding, morning runs on the beach, adults vs. kids beach volleyball games, or just watching beautiful sunsets were part of the daily plan The built in BBQ and picnic tables were home for most of our meals, but when we didn't feel like cooking, the walk into town was minutes away. The kids often walked a few blocks for some fish and chips or to do some shopping. As we were leaving this year, one of the kids said, "It's only 355 days before we are back in Pismo Beach. We can't wait for 2011.

What a wonderful place to stay! Newly decorated and furnished...One bedroom complete with tv and video player and tons of storage space! The livingroom has a wonderful Sofa that also makes into a very comfortable queen size bed. It also has a Television and video player. There is also a wonderful fireplace and storage space as well. The kitchen complete with refrigerator and dishwasher (what more could anyone want). The shower is awesome as well as the rest of the bathroom. Would have loved to stay and live there permanently :-) Will definately be back when time allows. The beach is soooo close you can hear it on a silent night. The food? Every corner has a restaurant..and dont for get the wonderful cinnamon rolls! The owner is so available, the gardener, and the maintenance man always checked to see if all is well! Even the washer and dryer room has storage and is sooo clean. I have friends already wanting to rent it when they can get away from the maddening city crowds. ENJOY!!!!!! We sure did for 16 days! Was so hard to leave!

Enjoyed our stay in Pismo Beach and the surrounding area. The cottage was wonderful- so comfy and cozy. We were a block from the ocean and loved hearing the ocean sounds at night. The cottage is newly remodeled and had every convenience we desired- even a fireplace and the availability of a washer and dryer! The shower was great, bed comfortable! The owners had done a great job with the properties and were very hospitable and friendly. We loved having the space the cottage gave us instead of a hotel room. We had a wonderful time exploring Pismo Beach and the surrounding areas. If we are back to the west coast( we are from Pittsburgh, PA), we would not hesitate to rent one the the three cottages ! Thanks for helping us have a great vacation!
