Our 3,400 sq. ft. home at 15 Red Oak is in a terrific location - a short walk to Harbour Town, close to the bike paths making the beach just minutes away, and across the street from the PGA Harbour Town course.
The spacious floor plan includes 2 family rooms (great for 1 or 2 families) that both overlook the BEAUTIFUL DECK (great for enjoying morning coffee or an evening cocktail) AND 40 FOOT PRIVATE POOL (perfect for fun with a family), a full eat-in kitchen and dining room, and 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms.
The house has NEW FURNITURE AND APPLIANCES in all of the rooms and includes 1 new 37" LCD high definition TV in each of the 2 family rooms and TV's in the each bedroom.
The master bedroom overlooks the deck and the pool, has a king size bed and a Jacuzzi tub! Another 2nd bedroom with a queen also has a private bath. The last 2 bedrooms (one with a queen and the other with 2 twins and a futon) share a bathroom making this home ideal for 1 or 2 families!

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
The location is terrific because it's in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that's away from tourists, but is also very close to Harbour Town, the Harbour Town golf course and a short bike ride to the beach (the bike path is just down the street)

Aside from the convenience of the location, the house has a great 40 foot pool and deck that is surrounded by beautiful landscaping and is completely private!

This was our first stay in Hilton Head and it was fabulous! I can't wait to go back & stay in this house again. The house was VERY CLEAN, comfortable, spacious and well decorated. What you see is what you get! This is a great property for your entire group and fit everyone comfortably. The heated pool and deck were a welcomed site upon arrival for cocktail hour after the long drive! We also were happy with how close the house was located to Harbour Town for a walk to the shops and restaurants.I was also amazed at how large the plantation actually was and the amount of things one can see/do!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful vacation stay at your home! There is so much room in the house for everyone to comfortably share. We had 4 kids and 6 adults and never felt crowded. It was clean and extremely comfortable with all the amentities we could want. We really enjoyed the large, heated pool - we were able to swim during a cool/cloudy/rainy week in Hilton Head! The house is just a short walk to Harbor Town and the playground and an easy bike ride to the beach. We will definitely be coming back to your home year after year! Thank you for sharing it!

We loved this house. You can get lost in the house, the rooms are very large and you have alot of privacy. We could walk to Harbor Town and were able to bike ride anywhere else we needed to go. The heated pool was awesome. Very big, private and the atmosphere was great! Can't wait to vacation their next year! Thanks for sharing your home!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay here. This expansive house was very clean, well-maintained and is in a great location. I liked that there were bikes in the garage that I could use to ride to the beach. The trees and plants provide some privacy, shade, and a pleasant atmosphere in the pool area. I would recommend a friend or relative to rent this property without hesitation.

What I loved the most were the spacious rooms in the house. We had 6 adults and 4 kids staying there. We could have lots of family time, but still had room for enough privacy. It was an easy walk to Harbour Town -- about 1.3 miles -- and back. We also LOVED the pool...it was great for all of the kids to enjoy and very convenient to put them down for naps. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks for sharing your home with us!!!
