The hosue is maintained and cleaned to the owner's high standards, is tastefully decorated and has great amenities. No detail has been overlooked. The house features 2 outdoor seating areas. The enclosed side yard is shaded in the late afternoons and has a patio table and gas bbq. There is also a small table and chairs on the front porch. There is a great walking/biking trail that starts just 2 blocks from the house and goes for miles through neighborhoods, shopping and wine tasting rooms.
