Condo is walking distance to Coeur d'Alene resort, restaurants, shopping, and a short drive to the Coeur d'Alene Resort golf course. We felt safe leaving our golf clubs in the car as this condo has an enclosed garage. The unit is very clean and well stocked, good room sizes, unlike a cramped hotel room for at least twice the price. Bob was very quick to respond to our inquiries, and had a sense of humor when I discovered the condo hair dryer in my luggage after returning home, which he waited patiently for through snail mail.

Our week went by so fast! Bob and Kathy are great hosts and the condo is very well supplied. The location is so convenient to downtown and all it offers. The cute little balcony was nice for morning coffee or a glass of wine before dinner. The weather during our stay was perfect and we found the Highlands Golf Course in Post Falls to be quite challenging. We cant say enough good things about the restaurant "315 Martini" just a block away. Fabulous food and a great happy hour on the big deck. We loved our stay!

My boyfriend and I couldn't have been happier during our stay here. Every single thing you could want was thought of- great shower head, coffee maker, laundry, easy to use electronics, comfy bed, picnic basket. It was also a nice and quiet building. We considered it quite a value and would definitely stay here again. Super easy to walk every where around town. Very clean and comfy.

This condo is even better than the pictures. We loved the fact that we could walk just about anywhere we wanted to go. The location is close to everything. We both felt so relaxed and comfortable. The property is clean and very well cared for. Bob was super at communicating with us before our visit and during. They made us feel very welcome. We hope to return and stay longer next time!

This condo served as an ideal base for us to explore CDA. It is easy to get to from I-90 and within walking distance of the beach, Tubbs Hill, Sherman Ave & the resort. We found it to be very spacious (our son wanted to claim the walk-in closet as "his room"), immaculately clean, & the garage/elevator made loading/unloading a breeze. We were able to sit and watch the fireworks off the balcony-so fun! The owners were easily available to communicate with and I highly recommend the experience to anyone.

This condo is perfect if you want to be near the action in downtown Coeur d'Alene, but in a quiet location. It is a quick walk to Sherman Avenue, the lakefront, Tubb's Hill, as well as to the antique shops in midtown. The condo is clean, bright and airy, has a pleasant balcony, and a wonderful view. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Coeur d'Alene.

Unit was exactly as depicted in the pictures and description. Access to the unit and parking went flawlessly. Condo was very well stocked with all of the necessary items and many extras. Location was perfect especially for travellers who do not want to have to drive - downtown, the public beach and bike trails are a short walk away. We would use this condo again and highly recommend it to others.

We recently stayed at this condo and really enjoyed it. It is very spacious for a one bedroom and I liked the fact that it was tastefully decorated without excessive things sitting around since I have two little ones. We decided to go to Silverwood Amusement Park since we were pretty close and checked out some indoor water parks as well. It was a great place for a family vacation!

I cannot begin to put into words just how much I enjoyed staying at this fantastic condo. Bright, spacious, modern, well appointed with about everything you could ask for and more. Close to downtown and I90 but located on a quiet street with a multitude of restaurants, cafes and lounges within easy walking distance. If you are planning a trip to Coeur d'Alene...STAY AT THIS CONDO!

The accommodations at this Coeur d'Alene condo were great! It was large, comfortable and clean. We stayed here for one very enjoyable month and hated to leave. A lot of thought went into the decorating and comfort of this place. A garage and an elevator were two other features which put this high on our list of places we've stayed. The location near downtown CdA and the parks made it even more highly recommended.

I was fortunate enough to stay in this beautiful condo earlier this month - it's fantastic! The location can't be beat - within blocks of shopping, dining and the lake. The condo was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed - it exceeded my expectations. Hard to leave a setup like this, highly recommend to anyone looking for a great summer getaway.

This condo was absolutely fantastic! I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and could not have been happier with the location, ammenities and property. The cruiser bikes were a wonderful way to get around! I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Cd'A. Thanks, Shambergs!

First class from start to finish. I came over for Ironman 2009 and was treated to a fantastic stay. Located close to everything downtown with private parking, elevator, and all the extra details to make it a top shelf stay. Thank you to the Shambergs and your generosity.

The Condo was just as it appears in the photo's, very modern and clean. Everything was easily accessible when we arrived - keys to the place, controllers for the gated parking area and the garage door. The location was perfect for us as well, facing South and about a one minute walk to downtown CDA. Great experience start to finish, the Owners even gave us some tips on popular places to hit around the area. Thanks Again! -cody
