The cottage is nearby the historic Plum Island Lighthouse for a view that goes on for miles and Parker River National Wildlife Refuge perfect for hiking, walking, and birding.
The cottage comes with A/C a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and plenty of linens for your use. It also has 2 decks; one off the master bedroom, and the other, a large deck equipped with outdoor furniture, a gas grill, and a 6 person Jacuzzi.
A 5 minute drive will also bring you to historic Newburyport full of endless possibilities of entertainment, dining and shopping.
