We are the owners of a sweater Company Rico Handknits based here in San Diego, we have our own manufacturing facility in Thailand and have a non- profit Foundation also in Thailand that supports junior tennis and university scholarships for disadvantaged children. We travel extensively and both of us grew up here in Coronado.

This is a great neighborhood, safe and quiet. Here you will be living in a small town with all the benefits of a big city. Coronado is a town rich in history, blessed with a Mediterranean climate and one of the most beautiful and pristine white sand beaches in the world. This uniquely endearing city boasts innumerable parks, an 18-hole public golf course and club house with restaurant adjacent to San Diego Bay, the world famous Hotel Del Coronado (one of the few remaining beach front hotels in California). There are unlimited opportunities for bicycling around the island, with 14 municipal tennis courts, boat rentals at Coronado Yacht Club for sailing or kayaking on the bay, surfing, and swimming at the beach & the local newly constructed community pool.
